This cinnamon is very nice. Good flavor, smells good. I go through it a lot making cinnamon rolls and monkey bread. Ships fast.

Taste and Texture is very fine and smooth exactly what you expect in high quality Cinnamon BUT AT THE FRACTURE OF THAT PRICE. Cinnamon is a very versatile spice that adds flavor and spiciness without added sugar. It is extremely versatile -- works in sweet dishes (baking, desserts), savory dishes (curries, stews), beverages (coffee, chai), and even some meat preparations. I love adding a dash of cinnamon to my morning coffee and the smell is heavenly (in my opinion of course). In terms of Spiciness, it is certainly Mild, earthy warmth with no bitterness (Ceylon Cinnamon is slightly more bitter and less sweet in my opinion)... highly recommend.

What can I say about this.. it's good cinnamon for a good price

I love this cinnamon. It’s strong and I put it in Greek yogurt with blueberries and monk fruit. It’s delicious! And it’s much cheaper than at the grocery store. It seems to stay fresh (though I do go through it fairly quickly).
