Delicious, small-sized olives in an array of colours
These are really nice olives. Small-sized, succulent and tasty, and they come in a range of colours from green, via blushing pinks, through to almost black. They're crammed in to the jar really tightly, so seem like really good value in that respect. They do have salt added as well as the olive oil used to store them, and are nicely balanced. The oil is good for using too, having taken on extra flavour and oomph from the salty olives. My only reason for awarding 4 stars instead of 5 is that at the time of writing no pricing information is available. Assuming these aren't extortionately expensive, I will happily buy them having had the opportunity to try.

Italian Olives
These are great. A strong, nutty flavour and a fantastic texture. They’re in oil, rather than brine, which is what olives in jars are more commonly found in in the UK. The flavour is great though, and it’s a really pure and high quality olive oil. I’ve found these more ideal for use in salads than standalone, as the oil and flavour can almost be too strong.

Really tasty
We've just had these on pizza. By far these are the best olives I've ever eaten. They are meaty and full of taste. They have a little zing to them. They will go well in a salad too and you can use leftover liquid from a jar to make a dressing. I would buy again and I would definitely recommend.

Oily olives
I am a big fan of olives, especially in oil, but even when drained, these olives were far too oily for my preference. The flavour of the olives was practically non-existent because they were so saturated in oil - even after rinsing them under the tap. In future, I'll buy a supermarket own brand.

Yummy small olives in extra virgin olive oil.
I've had the pleasure of trying out the Taggiasca olives in extra virgin olive oil. These are very small pitted purple and green olives. I really like a good olive and I must say I really like the taste of these. I'm pretty happy to eat them straight out of the jar or add them to a salad or pasta dish. This jar is fairly big (500 gram) so I'm sure this will last us quite some time. Once drained there is around 300 grams of olives in this jar. Give these a try, you won't be disappointed.
