Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max, US Version, 64GB, Gold - AT&T (Renewed)

I bought this unlocked iPhone 11 Pro Max for my brother to use in another country, and it arrived in excellent condition. I was lucky that the battery health was 97% and that none of the parts appeared to have been replaced. I checked everything carefully, and the phone worked perfectly. My brother also loved the Midnight Green color. We’re very happy with it!

Update (12/17/23): Additional observations: 1) the Amazon Renewed certification card is marked 10/27/23, and when I received it 12/2/23 (about 5 weeks), the battery was completely dead; 2) after charging back to 100%, I put it in airplane mode (to turn off both WiFi and bluetooth), and also put it in battery saver mode; I checked the battery percentages once a day, and it was losing 10-15% per day, so this battery is very weak. I did a parallel test with another iPhone (11 pro max), and that one only lost 10% (100% > 90%) over a week. This is an excellent test to check the true condition of the battery. Update (12/15/23): Ordered a 5th Amazon Premium Renewed phone (iPhone 12 Pro Max), and the battery life, which should be above 90%, is actually 88%. Update (3/28/23): After lengthy discussions with Amazon, they will not honor the 90% battery guarantee stated on the Amazon Premium Renewed page, because it is "not stated on the Amazon invoice". 1-star, no longer recommended. Update (2/1/23): Ran into some issues, probably things that should be checked upon receipt of a renewed or premium renewed product: 1) battery life [below advertised 80 or 90%], 2) parts replaced, either with genuine or non-genuine Apple parts, 3) overall functionality [defective charging port]. Reducing overall rating to 4-stars. Summary: Upgrading from an iPhone 7 plus, and decided I would go with the 11 Pro Max version. I was on the fence whether the extra money for the premium renewed is worth it, so will be discussing what I considered. Observations: The high level basic differences are: 1) about a $100 difference; 2) three vs. 12 months return period: 3) battery level of 80% vs. 90%. Recommendation: After considering the factors, I decided to look into how much a replacement battery would cost, which is $40 right now. However, starting with the iPhone 8 (i think), Apple started sealing the cases, which requires a heat gun to separate the case because of the extra waterproofing adhesive. To breakdown the addition $100 cost, subtract the $40 battery from that, leaving $60 for an additional 9-months (or $6.67/month) to "insurance" to return the phone if issues come up. Carrier Lock: I decided I wanted an unlocked version, and that appears to be another feature that is included with Premium Renewed, with the majority of carrier locked versions being offered as renewed only. Conclusion: For the additional $100, I elected to go with the Renewed Premium. I rate both the Renewed and the Premium Renewed as 5-stars. Which you chose would depend on individual financial and personal factors. After 3 Weeks Of Reading Thousands Of Reviews & Contemplating Heavily On Which Phone To Buy, I Finally Decided On Ordering This Renewed iPhone 11 Pro Max. The Phone Literally Just Got Delivered Today...Shipping Was Fast, It Arrived In 2 Days. I Specifically Chose The Seller "Hybrid IT" Since They Have Many Excellent Reviews & I'm Glad I Made The Right Decision Using Them. Phone Is In Great Shape, Can't Even Tell It's Been Used. Not 1 Scratch! Everything Works Properly As Well. So Far I Have Not One Complaint But In The Future If I Do, I'll Come Back With An Update! But Until Then...I Can't Speak For All Sellers But I Do Highly Recommend All Products From Hybrid IT!

Llevo ya con el 1 mes y todo Perfecto llego con el 90 de batería y sin ningún golpe anteriormente había comprado otro iPhone pero con distribuidor de Amazon y lo tuve que regresar al mes por que se calentaba y se perdía la señal con este hasta ahora todo bien!

El equipo me llegó en el tiempo que decía y me lo enviaron bien empaquetado con un cargador genérico pero me gustó que es genérico de carga rápida. La batería tiene el 83% de salud y carga sin problemas. El equipo funciona de maravilla, sólo tiene un detalle en el marco, en la parte inferior izquierda, pero es casi imperceptible y no afecta su funcionalidad, las bocinas y el auricular funcionan al 100, la pantalla y el cuerpo del celular no tienen ni un rasguño. Yo le puse un chip ed AT&T y anda sin problemas. Se siente como que se calienta de repente, pero sólo si lo uso sin parar durante más de 1 hora, (lo cual es muy raro), pero me imagino que eso es normal con equipos que tenian en exhibición y que luego los tienen todo el tiempo conectado. Independientemente de todo, de que es usado, de que la batería viene con el 83% de salud, la verdad es estoy muy contento con mi compra, está económico y está funcionando súper bien. Recomendado.

This was a great purchase, my old phone broke and needed a new one ASAP without wanting to spend too much. Shipping was fast and when I got the phone in hand I couldn't even tell it was used. Literally no scratches, scuffs, marks, dents, dirt or anything along the lines, the phone looked perfect. When I turned it on to use, setup was easy and without any problems even though I am in Canada and the phone is from the US. The battery is at 100% capacity and lasts me the whole day + some without charging. I have been using it for almost 2 weeks now and it has been great. There was only one problem I ran into which was my connection dropping frequently but after taking out my sim card and cleaning it and putting it back in the problem seemed to have went away, so I will update if this problem comes back, but so far it's good.

El celular en muy buen estado solo un detalle el cargador no funciona

Me regalaron este iPhone y a pesar que decía renovado el comprarlo premium fue una excelente compra y regalo. De no ser por el empaque que dice renovado diría que es totalmente nuevo. La batería la tiene al 100% sin ningún rasguño ni marca de daño absolutamente nada luce increíblemente nuevo. Solo le compre su cargador y cable original dado que ahí si prefiero que sea original de Apple llevo 6 meses y funciona al 100 % absolutamente todo las actualizaciones y rendimiento excelente. La mejor compra en Amazon Renovado. Por cierto venía desde EEUU
