No it is straight Calcium Citrate.

Is it 150mg elemental calcium or is that the total calcium?

Elemental amounts of any minerals means the total of amount of it that is absorbed by the body and used. You have to be careful in reading labels some companies don't give the elemental amount so you don't really know how much calcium you are getting. This company Pure Encapsulations reply brought out that it uses the elemental amount on its labels so yes . Elemental calcium is the actual amount in each of their capsules which is 150 mg per capsule, two capsules equaling a 300 mg dose.

So if you’re in your 60s, you may need to take as many capsules as it takes to get you up to 1200 mg. of calcium per day, which is the standard recommendation. Don’t know if the fact that it’s in the form of calcium citrate changes that. Does a yone else?

Easy to take. FYI - dose is 2 pills per day.

Having been on long-term chemo, I am really worried about bone health. Adding in a quality supplement has given me peace of mind. The daily dose (FYI) is two pills. I include Zinc and Magnesium with my Calcium to help with absorption.

Right kind of Calcium

Seems to be working out ok. It is "PURE' just like it indicates in product description like organic. I try to zoom in on many things in products that don't have all these fillers, additives or toxins. It matters what kind of calcium it is also. I do the research and would recommend this product.
