Does it works with kw-av60 eventhough it doen't have an aux conector in the back?

The aux connector on mine is in the front. We just ran the aux cable through the dash and plugged it in the front. It works great.

Does this work with the JVC KD-HDR50???

Not familiar with the JVC model you mentioned but if there is a Blue Tooth jack in the rear of the unit , then it should work just fine. You can get additional information about the compatibility through Crutchfield Electronics. They have a great Chat room with their technicians answering everything about electronics for your car.
