Beware Beware Beware!!! I purchased this usb-c doc and it was delivered Delivered Sep 3, 2021. It seemed to work fine until a couple of weeks ago when it stopped working. The online tech support was terrible and didn't fix my problem. Finally I did a hard reboot of my computer and it worked again. I thought, no problem BUT I had to go on a business trip and unplugged my computer from the doc. When I came back, same problem as before BUT hard nothing, even the hard reboot didn't solve my problem. This was sold as a "Used like New" product. I contacted Info-Tech on December 9, 2021 to ask what they could do. Their response was less than stellar: "I understand that your dock no longer works. I apologize but Renewed products on Amazon are only covered with the 90-day Amazon Renewed Guarantee. This means you only have up to 90 days to request a return and refund/replacement. Since the item was delivered for more than 90 days now, we would be unable to accept your request any further. We apologize for the inconvenience." Again, this is less than stellar customer service. The exact time I had this unit was 98 days. While this is very convenient for the seller, I have to purchase another usb-c doc. Beware Beware Beware!!!!

Good dock for my Lenovo Laptop

Muy buen producto. Lo uso con una notebook Lenovo y también con un Samsung S23 Ultra +. Puedo ver por HDMI o DP además de tener varios puertos extra USB y USBC La única crítica es el cable USB C que vino...no sirve, tuve que comprar un cable extra de buena calidad porque no pasaba ni la imagen. Ese cable no era original del kit Lenovo....x eso le saco una estrella. Se requiere un cable thunderbolt para ver video y cara..sino no funciona bien

Interacts will with Lenovo laptop and 2 external screens. Plug and play, while only needing to push hub button to start everything up. I work from home a couple of days per week. This makes starting my laptop up at home a whole lot easier, especially connected to 2 external monitors. NOTE: check connection to monitors. Hub comes with only 1 HDMI output and you may need another type cable for connection to a 2nd monitor.

Absolutely perfect dock. Exceeded expectations as I was anticipating needing to change the power cable however it came with an appropriate cable for the UK.

It works fine with my laptop except for the HDMI connection. When I use it, I can see that the data is compressed and it looks awful. I had to use the laptop HDMI plug directly. Come with a US plug instead of a big Brit. I had to change the power coord.
