Would give it a 10 if I could
Works amazingly well. I'd rate it a 10 if the scale went that high. The self-adjusting jaws mean no fussing with gauge settings, just squeeze and go. Easily one of the better tool buys I've made.

It will strip back wires on those flimsy test leads to your electrical wires in your home.
This is a great wire stripper for all size wires. It will strip back wires on those flimsy test leads to your electrical wires in your home. I really got it for cutting back electrical wires when I put in new outlets in my home, it does a nice job. I was really impressed when I used it to strip back those flimsy tests leads I used in my hobby electronics projects, that's why the 5 star rating.m

Easy to use! Great quality!
I'd never used a wire stripper in my life, had to pop onto YT for a super short tutorial, this worked exactly as it should. Easy to use, of substantial weight. Great tool. 4 stars, because it did fray the wire a smidge when stripping and it took a bit of fiddling to get it adjusted just right, but it wasn't a big deal!! Easy to do!

Great deal if you're looking for automatic strippers/crimper combo!
I have used every function these strippers have to offer and I'm really happy with it. My one gripe is that it seems to slip on some wires which requires me to hold the gripping jaw closed with my free hand. This design allows you to strip wires quickly, and the guide allows you to quickly set the depth. I do worry about the quality of the red adjustable stopper because it's plastic and sometimes it gets in the way. That can be resolved by unlocking it and extending it outwards. A few times, a piece of insulation gets stuck in the inner workings and stops it from functioning, but you can tip it over and the loose piece will fall out. Otherwise, the build quality feels great. It's sturdy and the handle design that includes various sized crimpers has proven to be handy. I can't attest to the longevity of the blades, but I'm sure they'll last a while.

DO NOT BUY - straight up don’t!
Normally I’ve had good luck with Amazon basics items but this is an absolute stinker. It really should be pulled from the marketplace. The first time I put it to use I was instantly frustrated. Maybe one in every five squeezes resulted in an effective strip of romex interior wire shielding. I thought to myself surely it must just needed adjustment or I’m doing something wrong so I came back to the internet to look up IFUs or adjustment tips. NOPE - wasn’t me - just a POS.What I gleaned was that there is a sweet spot that works better than others on the “blades” but ain’t nobody got time for that- I bought this tool to speed up jobs not make me slow down and find a sweet spot.I’ve initiated a return but it was so frustrating that I felt I owed it to others to write a review.Bottom line: Some tools you can save your money and buy the lower cost alternatives- this is not one of those tools.

Excellent
Great product without the high end price. Works just as good as the more expensive set i have. Very durable and built good.

Good auto stripper, less-good crimp tool
Auto wire stripper seems functional and will definitely be adequate until I decide I need a nicer one(coming from a LOT of use on some *ok quality normal-type wire strippers). The crimp tool however is awful in some situations. Writing this review a couple days after receiving but the first crimps I did turned out fine although they were a little awkward but the ones I attempted today were painful and are still not proper, even after multiple tries. The crimp tool shape seems less refined/maybe weaker materials compared to my ENGINEER PA-20(used for crimping much smaller wires) but in short, I purchased this tool because my big-wire crimper was cheaply made and didn't perform well and now I still need to purchase another crimp tool for bigger wires.

Would recommend buying for regular wire-stripping needs.
I bought this tool because by and large Amazon Basics has been reliable, good quality, and competitively priced for all its products, in my experience, thus far. This wire-stripper was no exception. The build quality is good, the tool does exactly as advertised, strips wire easily, no headache, no calibration, no need to even double check. I've used it to strip extremely small wires (for circuit boards), as well as jack cables for guitars, and it does everything I've tried equally well so far.I've noticed that some people bought the product expecting it to strip extremely large / thick gauge wires (nothing of consumer level for sure), and were therefore disappointed to learn that it doesn't do that job too well, but considering their expectations were set far too high, and that they would require specialty tools for those gauges of wire, they can't really blame the product. Like I said, I've been splitting quarter inch jack cables regularly for the last month with no difficulty at all, and I can't anticipate any issues in the future either. The only con (in my opinion) is the wire cutter element (just above the crimping section) could have been a little sharper, and it does almost press the sheath every time it makes cuts, but once again, that's a super minor complaint, and honestly one that is easily solved by a little sharpening.Bottom line is that I would (and already have) recommended this to most of the people I know.
