Amazon sorted out problem with delivery and I am very pleased with the DNA model.It is expensive but worth the money if you want space filling atoms to see how they coordinate in 3D.

The instructions are not very good and my unit came with a broken piece which made it difficult to complete and I had to improvise. But otherwise, the finished unit is beautiful

Premesso che chi acquista un modello molecolare sa che non è un giocattolo, e tralasciando il costo che è sicuramente sostenuto la resa estetica è favolosa.Ma arriviamo al punto. La realizzazione prevede delle.basi di conoscenza della chimica non indifferenti, le istruzioni sono frammentarie e tra loro contraddicenti. Non riuscirete mai a montare il modello se non avete delle conoscenze avanzate di stereochimica ( soprattutto per la realizzazione delle catene di ribosio fosfato ). Fatte queste premesse se siete disposti a impiegare qualche giorno per montarlo e lo trovate ad un prezzo inferiore ai 350 euro il risultato appagherà lo sforzo

You have to build this molecules atom by atom!...and there are a lot of atoms! This will take me all several hours. If I can't mount this thing, it's going back.Weird thing is, this suppose to be a DNA molecule, and thy call the sugar "ribose?"It's great quality! I hope I can put it together. I know it's going to look so great if I do!
