Twice a week, you shouldn’t drink it everyday it can mess up your stomach.

How long does it take to kick in?

It kicks in 10-15 min. As a precaution do not steep anymore than 1 min. If you do you will have stomach cramps. The box says don't steep longer than 2 min. Just 1 minute. This stuff is pretty potent.

Is this really works for weightloss? Any side effects?

yes it can be used for weight loss. You have to start slow doses like diluting the first days. I had taken the tea before going to bed.

What is the difference between Super and Extra Strength?

I honestly didn't notice a difference. It's all in how long you allow the tea to steep. Its a good laxative tea with minimal griping. I took it before bed so that I would sleep through any potential cramps. Please know that Yogi's "get regular" tea has the same effects as this. It's at your local supermarket.
