I have been looking for a saving grace for THREE YEARS! Buy this - I promise you'll remember reading this one review and thank me later. Over the last three years, I have struggled with hair loss and dry curls. I'm 29, healthy (for the most part), and have not dyed or styled my hair in 3 years. Due to stress and lack in my nutrition I've sought after help for improving my hair growth and texture. My grandma introduced me to this product when I was very little and I remembered why my whole upbringing my hair WAS till age 25 very thick and full! I stopped using this product back in high school because everyone used Pantene etc... (terrible). Now, remembering back to what kept my hair so healthy I purchased this shampoo and conditioner. After the very first use MY HAIR IS INCREDIBLY SOFT AND FEELS/ SMELLS PHENOMENAL! Obviously, this isn't a magic pill for hair growth, but having soft moisturized hair while patiently nurturing my hair fuller regrowth is a HUGE PLUS! I would feel so sad when I brushed my hair after showering simply because the texture was just so dry. I'd switch to "better" more costly shampoos and conditioners - not really nourishing the roots! I am so grateful I remembered this product and I highly recommend! My hair still is not thick, but it's super soft, frizz-less, and flowy! That's honestly enough for me to feel really good!

I've always like the hores mane and tail shampoo and conditioner. It's changed from what it used to be years ago but still very nice. I use it on my cat and she likes it.

Smells amazing, works really well for my long, thinner, hair, but I have a lot of it. It gives me a nice clean feel, no need to double wash. I have dry hair, and the conditioner is very rich and moisturizing, without weighing my hair down. I love this stuff, and I will keep buying it!

Traditional Mane and Tail has been a staple for casual shampoo and conditioning. In between regular washs with Loreal sulfitefree. When I’m able to air dry and hang out. As I've aged my hair texture has changed. Thought with dietary adjustments this would help and it was time to try this M&T with Biotin. Nutrition update has been remarkable. This shampoo has complimented the need, as well. What I like is the smell and clarity. What I don't like is my hair mats after using the shampoo. While rinsing my long hair bunches and will not allow me to run my fingers through it. The conditioner works okay. What I like is no residue remains. What is difficult for me is the strands aren't able to all me to completely and easily run my fingers through them. My hair is very long. Basically as long as a horses tail. I need a conditioner that works a little better with hydration and separating hairs without knotting or tangling. Anyone who has long hair knows what I'm talking about. Although, when I was younger didn't have the same textural issues without conditioner. As I've aged find conditioner is more important than shampoo for keeping my hair soft and untagled. I'm going to continue to use this for in between shampoo. Although the regular conditioner from M&T detangles my hair better. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ not sure how this works on other types of hair. I don't know why but I hadn't used this for years. Hello! I'm a 70 year old woman with very long hair. I used both the shampoo and conditioner this morning and I can't remember when my hair had been so shiny! It's very soft and was easy to comb out.

Cleans moisturizes while giving my hair shine and tightening my curls with no frizz

I've been using this product for over a year now, and it hasn't been great. I have coarse, thick, frizzy hair with a wave, and tbh it hasn't been doing me any favors. It's especially noticable now that I bleach the bottom layer of my hair. I also have extremely low porosity, if that helps to know at all. If you have thinner overall hair, or straight and soft, it might work well for you. But as you can see in my picture, it has done no favors for my frizzy and easily snarled hair.

I used the original versions back in high school and saw a huge difference in my hair texture, appearance, and overall feel. I swayed to other products over the last 10 years and finally went back. I decided to give the micellar shampoo and conditioner a try and my only conplaints are: these don't come in bigger bottles, I can't get these at my local feed & grain store or even Walmart, and you'll think the shampoo wasn't filled up all the way but there is indeed the correct ounces. Lol I don't mind ordering online, they came well packaged with no issues but I did reach out to the sellar about the shampoo thinking they had skimped on it but the line on the back is a fill line and when I emptied it the ounces were correct. So note to self: don't freak. Lol. The smell is incrediblez the softness is wonderful and the lather is great as always. A little goes a long way and I have thick hair so this means a lot to me. I did get free samples of the Herbal Gro as well and I didn't mind it. I wish most of their products were clear/white like the micellar rather than green like the herbal or yellow like the original conditioner, only because I'm a blondie and I don't want to risk color variation.. I still use purple shampoo once a week, but the micellar is probably my new favorite overall, I'm just bummed I can't use it with extensions!
