What is the difference between the Bakers vanilla bean paste (blue) and the Vanilla bean paste (orange)

Deluxe Pure vanilla extracts are 100% all natural and FDA regulated: 35% alcohol and 13.35 oz of vanilla beans per gallon. We use approximately 128 grade b vanilla beans in each gallon of pure vanilla. This is our signature line but the volatile price of vanilla beans dictate the price of our pure vanilla extracts. Our Deluxe Baker's Blend vanilla extracts include approximately 20 grade b vanilla beans per gallon as well as the flavoring agent vanillin, an organic compound. This "artificial and natural" alternative vanilla extract blend provides a similar flavor profile as our pure vanilla and is consistently affordable.
