I enrolled in a virtual cooking class and I purchased this chocolate to make truffles. OMG it was so good. My truffles meted in your mouth. Now I know why truffles are so expensive. This is not your regular supermarket chocolate chips. A bit pricey but worth the occasional splurge.

They were so so. Nothing so exciting that I would spend that kind of money again on them. I expected some wonderful flavor but they tasted. I don’t know OK I guess. Nothing to write home about.
