I notice a few reviewers noting overheating issues a few years ago. Has that been addressed?

We have a few reports of issues with the internal power supplies after many years of extended use after the expiration of the warranty. These issues were thoroughly investigated and have been resolved since Q4, 2015. All Synaccess units are now shipping with upgraded "long-life" internal supplies. Can be auto-ping reboot feature configured so it will just turn power off and stay off until commanded to turn on?

The reboot duration can be programmed in seconds up to 34463 seconds. No option to make reboot stay off.
