Rust-Oleum 2393000 Industrial Choice Marking Wand, 30.7" x 5" x 3.4", Satin Gray

This is a game-changer for marking with Rust Oleum marking paint. Sturdy, reliable, works exactly as it should. I used it for marking out the tent locations for our annual outdoor craft fair.

I did a 50’ by 20’ soccer field. The first time I did it I put the wheel on the ground. The lines were thin because it was so close, and I ended up using a few cans. After some practice I held the wheel up Off the ground and got thicker lines. Each time I repaint now I got it down to 1 can.

It works OK. This is my second spray handle. I had one made by another brand, and both of them do the same thing- the trigger sticks. So, if You want to paint a long continious line, this is great. If You want to do a short, or a dashed line, know that the trigger needs to be pressed back up to get the spray to turn off. I use Rust Oleum brand paint. The cans work perfectly when using them alone, so I know it is not the paint giving the problem, it is this stick. That said, when this one wears out, or gets lost, I will probably buy the other brand (Keson) instead of getting another one of these. Oh, I do not use the wheel, and I am glad this model is made to be able to take the wheel off, and put it back on again easily. The Keson does not do that- I had to permanently break the wheel off.

Rolls and sprays paint.

My son wanted this for a Christmas gift. He has a big backyard and wanted to mark off field lines so his sons football team could practice their football drills in his yard. Easy to use and highly recommend

I received this the day before I had a lining project that had to be finished.The very cheap packaging had been destroyed and was held together by packing tape. The tube to hold the paint had been deformed to the point that it took about 15 minutes to get a can if paint into it. Again, I had one day to get this done, so I worked with it. My project was in a storage area and consisted of a gravel surface. Therefore the tiny wheel was useless and I had to hold the paint head up off the ground about two inches through the whole process. The paint sprayed about 2 inches wide, meaning two trips through toget the 4 inch wide lines I needed. Trigger also would stick and had to be forced to stop spraying paint! Pure junk! Cheap plastic and thin metal construction! Again….JUNK!

I do a lot of ground marking and needed one of these. My hardware could order one like this for twice this item's price. I rather took a chance with this one and it is just fine. I used it for several hours the first day with no regrets.

Of course you can use the inverted can spray paint with your hands but you will surly get paint on something besides the ground you are marking. This marking wand will save your back and keep paint off your hands. Great purchase.

Works great

Make sure you triple check the spray paint cans you buy will fit. There should be a warning in the description to tell people that it will not work with the same manufacturers paint cans intended for making paint lines. The can in the picture also sold by Amazon from the same manufacturer does NOT fit.
