No melatonin! Works great!
These are amazing! I can’t do melatonin, I get sleep terrors. I put the patch on an hour before I want to go to sleep and I’m good to go.

Works like a charm!
My son swears by these! We have limited them to nights he just can't get to sleep, as they are far too expensive for an every night use. I had a package of them for about 4 or 5 years and he just refused to try them. He was having terrible trouble getting to sleep one night amd I pulled them out and said just try it! The next moening he was raving about how great he slept and wanted to know why I hadn't gotten these sooner [sigh]. After that he used them several nights and insisted I get more. They price is not hoffid, but certainly not affordable for every night.

Didn’t work for me
I’m desperate for a good night’s sleep and this isn’t working for me. I felt as if I had caffeine before bed and could not sleep for hours.

They Work!
I had to cancel the order initially because my wife didn’t think it was a good idea. It could not be a daily thing to depend on. Amazon refunded me and let me keep them so we both tried it. To be honest, I have a difficult time falling asleep Saturday evenings because of anxiety and excitement for church. These actually worked for me. They helped me get to sleep and stay asleep. We will probably get more in the future.

Only use one at a time
These actually work. I placed it on the inside of my wrist a couple hours before I wanted to be asleep and it works. I dont feel groggy in the morning after I have used it. I am on my second pack.

Sleep!
I used to order these a few times a year and stopped for some reason. Then I noticed I kept waking up and couldn't get back to sleep for more than an hour. After finally re-ordering them I'm back to sleeping better and if I wake up, I fall right back asleep. I now realize how well these work for me.

It works!
I have trouble from time to time with either falling asleep or waking up and not being able to get back to sleep. This product certainly helps with both. I apply it on my wrist before going to bed and I have a solid sleep with no fog in the morning. I find the cost expensive for using on a regular basis, so I only use it maybe once or twice a week.
