Amazon Saver, Saltine Crackers, 16 Oz

These Amazon Saver Saltine Crackers have quickly become a pantry staple in our house. They’re fresh and crisp with a nicely toasted top, good crunch, and that classic saltine flavor. For the price, I think the value for money is excellent. As far as addictiveness, these definitely qualify in our house! My husband will grab them for a quick snack and eat them plain or topped with peanut butter, meat, cheese, or whatever we have on hand. That makes them extremely snack-friendly, especially when you want something quick without having to prepare much. Their versatility is actually one of my favorite things about them. I used these to make our simple family salmon cakes. I drain canned salmon and pick out the bones and skin, add 1 egg as a binder, then crush about half a sleeve of crackers to start—you can always crush more if you need them. I dredge the salmon cakes in the crushed crackers and fry them in a little olive oil until perfectly browned. These crackers made an absolutely delicious coating. They added a crisp, golden exterior and enough flavor that I didn’t need any additional seasoning at all. The cracker coating came out perfectly flavored and crunchy without overpowering the salmon. I was also impressed with the durability. They crush easily when you want crumbs, but they have enough structure and crunch to make a substantial coating rather than immediately turning into powder. They’re equally useful whole for toppings and snacks. The appearance is nice too. The crackers have those lightly golden, nicely toasted tops that make them look every bit as good as they taste. And around our little homestead, apparently humans aren’t the only fans—our goats love an occasional cracker treat too! 😂 Addictive, snack-friendly, versatile, nicely toasted, durable enough for dipping and toppings, and a great value for money. Five stars from our household.

This is the best saltine cracker I know of if you don’t want that cracker to flavor your whatever it is you are putting on the cracker. These are light in flavor and light on the salt so if l put peanut butter on it or if I choose sardines in mustard sauce I will taste the mustard sauce and sardines! Why is that important? There are sardines that are caught and tinned that are $45 a 12 pk to buy. You really should taste them if you pay that much for sardines, Right? (Those sardine are in mustard sauce)

they actually taste pretty damn good lol,, better than a bunch of other budget saltines. theyre crisp like youd want/expect and not stiff like cardboard, and theyre salty and pretty good taste wise!! bought these a few times now.

Similar to the Amazon chocolate chip cookies, the Amazon saltines were surprisingly good and taste better than many name brand saltines. They are a bit brittle but taste OK. I will buy more of them.

Great crackers. Taste wonderful and fresh easy to use. They have alot of carbs so not the healthiest but still good to have. Can use for multiple things. As a side for soup, stew or chili. Or makes a good appetizer. Comes in a big box so plenty of crackers! Will buy again

I love the fact that these crackers taste and the size is fantastic the only are inexpensive but they actually taste great and healthy I think I would eat them with dips ,or whatever they are better than the popular brands look like they’re delicious , because they are! I am writing this review because this item is an EXCELLENT product from Amazon (Saver) and I normally order ten (16 oz) packages per month delivered on my 'Subscribe and Save' 🥰😍😋 for my own personal consumption. I normal pair this item with other 'Subscribe and Save' items. However, recently Amazon has limited these EXCELLENT crackers to two (16 oz) packages per month regardless if I'm buying them regularly outside of 'Subscribe and Save' or not. I do not care for any national brand after tasting these EXCELLENT crackers. Amazon please change this policy because it is VERY VERY VERY disappointing to me (a Prime Member shopper). Again, I buy these for my OWN personal consumption (better than eating sweets to me). My three star rating is PURELY based on this change in policy. Please Amazon, revert back and allow my ten (16oz) packages per month because this will affect other items in my shopping cart to go down and that means less $$$ per month going to Amazon (because I will not have anything to supplement my pairings) Thank you (and for making a BETTER product than the national brand 😋😋😋).
