As a chronic allergy suffer this medication has been life changing. I have suffered with allergies for my entire life. I’ve done two rounds of immunotherapy shots as a child and as an adult. Nothing ever helped. I had been taking Zyrtec for several years but it was no longer working. A coworker suggested trying Zyzol. I hated paying for it. The cost was insane but it worked. My allergies have never been better. I was SO happy when I finally found this online as a generic brand. I have been using it for 6+ months and cannot tell a difference between this and the name brand. If you are looking for to try something new for severe allergies or if you are just wanting the generic brand this is it. Works like a charm for a fraction of the price.

The quick on me... I have terrible allergies and always have (grasses, dust mites, animals [and we don't have any pets inside our home]). I was taking Azelastine Nasal Spray in conjunction with either Claritin or Allegra, switching back and forth annually as my body would build a tolerance to the pills. I did 12 years of allergy shots and the doctor had me stop a few years back as they were never really effective. After moving, and seeing a new allergy doctor, he confirmed there wasn't much else I could do except one "experimental" drug that's approved in Europe, but not in the US, and would have to pay out of pocket for (under the tongue drops that work similar to like what allergy shots could do). Anyhow, I found this and although I can't take Zyrtec (makes me [and my nephew] sad / depressed), this seems to work well. In fact, I no longer need the Azelastine (could be because we're past the evil Spring Bloom here in NC). I've been using this about 5 weeks now and have no major allergy issues nor side effects. At any rate, being down to just one medication (still use Nasacort in conjunction when traveling), is great. Hopefully my liver will keep up and I won't build up a quick intolerance to this.

Absolutely as effective as Xyzal OTC for a fraction of the cost. Excellent value! Long lasting relief. Very small pills. Pleased with my purchase.
