How open the case, i cant

There is a U-shaped plastic sheet in the middle of the box, push it horizontally, and then press the middle button to open it. You can watch my video.

My case won’t open by pushing the button. Is there another way to open?

There is a small black lock on the button that needs to be pushed out horizontally to remove it. This is used to protect the box from opening during transportation.
