These solar lights are fantastic. This is about my third or fourth set ordering. I have palm trees in the back of my house that I like having lit up at night. I love the fact that they’re a warm yellowy light and not a bright white light, this was the look I was going for. They are very simple to use. They suggest charging them up in the sunlight for about 24 hours before turning them on which is exactly what I do. Once the 24 hours is up there’s a little switch on the light, you press once for a dimmer light and twice for a brighter light. I always use these lights on the brightest setting. During the summer months these lights stay lit well past the time we go to bed, in the winter months not so much since it gets dark so early. They stay lit for approximately six-seven hours once it gets dark. This is not a big deal for me since were not outside that late in the winter months anyways. These lights usually last me somewhere around 18 to 24 months. I believe you can replace the battery on these but since they’re such a great price I just throw the old ones out and get a new set. These lights are the only brand I’ll ever purchase since they put off a nice bright light, they last pretty long and they’re offered at a great price. I should also add that they withstood several hurricanes, so they are most definitely weatherproof. We have a pond behind our house and with the last hurricane (Hurricane Ian) the water came all the way up to our lanai so these lights were more than halfway submerged in water and they still kept working without any difficulty!

First off, I love solar yard lights because they are 1) inexpensive to purchase and operate and B) you can set'em up and forget'em. They may not be the brightest bulbs in the yard, but I don't need my modest property light up like Times Square, so I'm quite happy with the range of light they offer. Their flexibility and reliability have pleasantly surprised me; several of the cheaper lights I bought years ago still work, which is something I never expected. With that out of the way, the Solar Lights,URPOWER 2-in-1 Waterproof 4 LED Solar Spotlight Adjustable Wall Light Landscape Light Security Lighting Dark Sensing Auto On/Off for Patio Deck Yard Garden Driveway Pool Area(2 Pack) I bought from Amazon (say that five times fast!) are some pretty nice spotlights, solar or otherwise. They're cheaper in price compared to the local big box store and the quality is much higher. Just the fit and finish -- something I normally don't care about with something like a yard light -- is higher quality ... the solar cell looks like something NASA might use! Best yet, in the two weeks I've been using them they've proven reliable and bright! Be warned, however, these lights have a cool white, almost blueish color, which contrast with my other lights which are more warm, nearly yellowish color. I understand they make these lights in the more warm color, so that will be my next purchase. Meanwhile, I've stationed these lights in a different part of my yard, one on my garden shed and the other on my garden gate; if you didn't know better, you'd think a super-moon was shining on that part of my yard. Highly recommended!

On my third order. Had 3 all winter in Ohio and it worked all winter highlighting some trees on the patio. Would work nice for a sidewalk as they are small and bright enough. It is a white light and not a soft warm (orange) light. I wish you could swivel the solar piece to best face the sun. You have to put it in the ground so that is faces the sun for at least 8 hours so the position you want them in is determined by the sun east to west. The distance it is effective is around 10-15 feet which is fine for the size. After that it is just a glow. Like I said on my third order for the patio. They lasted one winter so far so I would say they are holding up to the weather. It’s Spring 2020. Yea. Hunkering Down. So my patio needs more of these accent lights. So easy to move around and adjust I found tons of places for them. Pricey but you DO pay for the warm light look and not the white security light feel. Accenting some patio trees and steps. Highlighting an outdoor bar. Will install in trees in the woods to test there. So far very very weatherproof. 5th order on these. May 2020. Have not had one fail yet. Was missing a small nut on one order but found one from my shop. After using and moving around the patio I notice that bright light from a fire or other accent lights will cause these not to light. Or they will flicker. The sensor reacts a bit too well. So if they are close to other bright lights they won’t turn on. You must move it to a darker location. Also being so low they can be a bit bright in the eyes even on the low setting. Having two settings is a great plus. I’m using to highlight bushes and walls. Nice for trees and path lighting. I would suggest a taller stake so they will naturally point down out of eyeline. 7th order June 2020 Wow. The last line of my last review came true. Last order came with an extension stake! Perfect. Adds another 7 inches. Should put that in the product description. Put the last order screwed into a 10x10 piece of wood. Put it on me flat roof to accent the house. See pic. It’s a nice warm light. No wires to run. Using the sun. Wood is 2 inch thick so it can’t be blown around. Even the solar pickup facing north is enough to power the low setting all night. Now I’m getting more for other parts of the second story. No wires to run. That’s so easy and cost efficient. I’m sure I’ll get more for the woods.

These solar lights are great. I have them on low and if there has been a lot of sun and they are fully charged, they will stay on until morning. The low lights are still quite bright. I take them in when we close the deck for winter and wash them off and they look brand new for next season.

These solar lights are very good. The quality appears to be good, and they can be mounted on a wall or any hard surface in addition to the stakes into the ground. I was contemplating running wire for a powered spotlight, but the logistics gave me a headache considering the best way to do it. My thought was to hook it in to my IoT stuff and be able to control/schedule it. In the end, it wasn't worth the effort if there was a good solar alternative. How long would the lights be able to stay on was my primary concern. I was extremely happy when this light went all night on low power. I didn't even try the high setting, as the low setting gives just the right amount of light. On top of that, the light was on the entire prior night, yesterday was overcast all day long, and the light still stayed on through the night. I like the ability to change the battery in the future. If the solar panels last, that will make these absolutely perfect. I'm happy I took the 4-pack, as I can find other places to use them and have spares. I will definitely buy more when the need arises. I highly recommend this light. Pictures are at night, and then the following morning just prior to turning off.

Anyone can write reviews on new products and sometimes I do but it's nice to see reviews after a product has been well used. These lights are now two years old as I purchased them in June of 2018 and started using them. I really like these spotlights as they create a nice bright spotlight effect if well charged on a sunny day. The color is nice and the lights stayed on for about 6 hours after dark which wasn't too bad. For the price and what you get I probably would have given this product 4.5 stars when newly purchased. I live in California and the sun is very intense in the summer and temperatures reach 110 degrees or more on hot blistering days. So, after two years how do I feel about these lights? If you refer to the pictures I've attached you will see that the surface layer of the solar panels has deteriorated and peeled off. The clear plastic covering on the LEDs has discolored a yellowish tint and has become more opaque so the intensity of the light has decreased compared to the first year I used them. I think it has come to the point where I may replace them soon as a result of these issues. However, it doesn't mean that I couldn't continue to use them as they do still function. They now stay on for about 3 hours after dark and are less intense than when new. I've shown pictures of 2 of the 4 I bought new and the one's that are not shown have not deteriorated as badly but follow the same kind of wear. In winter months they light-up only on sunny days they are well charged and last only for an hour or two and on overcast days they don't charge well. Overall they still work OK in winter months. Two of my lights broke off of the stake because they are cheap plastic material but only after they were bumped or knocked - and they still work but not with the stake. In conclusion, these lights work well for 2 years in hot and sunny climates but may last longer if you live in a more moderate climate. For the relatively affordable price they may be worth replacing every 2 years but I haven't yet decided what to replace mine with. It does seem a bit wasteful that they last only 2 years but plastic doesn't hold up well to intense sunlight radiation. In the end I gave it 3 stars because while they work well the first year they fade pretty quickly in the second and probably will have to replace them soon.

Followed instruction for charging. Once done lights go on every night without problems,bright white light. Best of all waterproof.

+ The light seems to work even without much daylight - The on off button doesn’t tell you when it is on or off, and you only know for certain when the light comes on that evening
