Great set at a great price!
Great flashlight set for a great price. These are small but mighty. They shine bright and at a long distance. I can see into my neighbors back yard, across the street at night. They are maybe 3-4 inches, easily fit into your palm or pocket. I only had one problem. Initially I was using my type C phone charger to recharge them and thought they weren't recharging. I was almost going to throw in trash but decided to use chargers that came with them. They fully charged just like new! Using the chargers they provided the end button lit up red then turned off when fully charged. It never did that with my phone charger. I don't know why when both are type C chargers, but it does with these flashlights. Do not throw out chargers that come with them! Other than that small hiccups, these are great. I love the little lantern option on the side, so they can be used hands free. I didn't think it was useful, but have come to use it many times.

Great price for bright, small, flashlights!
I'm very happy with this set of flashlights. I was concerned about brightness, given the low price for a 4-pack, but the concerns are gone. Both the main beam and the sidelight are very bright. I focused the beam on some trees that are about 100 yards away, and the spot lit up those branches pretty brightly. And when I zoomed out to a wide coverage, it did a great job illuminating an archery target about 100 feet away. I may find I'll use the lower intensity beam for most things close-up. The only slight downside is the tightly focused spot is square-shaped, which is basically the shape of the LED array. It's not a problem, just something to get used to. The sidelight is crazy bright. I used my old, similar (and now lost) flashlight's sidelight as a lantern when working in tight, dark areas, such as plumbing under a sink. This flashlight is so much brighter than my old one. I probably would have been fine with a fourth mode, a dim sidelight. That could have been bright enough without using so much battery. The size is perfect for clipping inside my pocket. That clip makes it handy to bring out, since it's not bouncing around with any other stuff in there. These flashlights have one feature I wasn't aware of. My previous flashlight also had three modes, beam, strobing beam (which is useless), and sidelight. To turn it off you had to cycle through the rest of the modes. While not a big deal, it was kind of annoying. This new flashlight, though, will turn off from whatever mode it's in as long as that mode was on for something like 10 seconds. I haven't used these enough to report on battery life, but with three spares, I'm OK with swapping out when needed.

Bright long lasting light in a convenient size, rechargeable.
These are very compact 3.5 inch LED rechargeable flashlights. Very bright but be careful, they are black and are easily lost, for instance in the bottom of a dark tool bag or, I imagine, a dark purse. They are also easily fumbled because of their small size and may not survive a fall to a hard surface. Light is intense but can be easily throttled between maybe a 30 degree beam and a concentrated very narrow beam. The on/off switch is a small soft gray button that I find more easily pressed with a fingernail than a finger. The light comes with a handy 8" USBA to USBC charger cord, a pocket clip, but no lanyard. The charger cord is easily lost so I just keep it plugged into the light, a little awkward. If the cord is lost, you can replace it easily with a cord with the same connections, but likely much longer than you need or want.

Compact, bright light.
I have been using these flashlights for the past four months or so. They have preformed perfectly while camping (36 nights in Idaho and Utah). I used one tonight when I went for a walk to the library. I have not used the side lamp much, but it easily eliminates a small camp table at night. They are small and easy to slip into any pocket, the zoom works well and lights up treetops from a distance. They also hold a charge for a long time. Solid aluminum construction. I would buy more if I needed them.

well thought out design but one more feature would make it even better
first, all 6 units arrived with a partial charge so the initial DOA testing was easy these seem very well made and the way they operate is well thought out the only improvement I'd suggest is for the addition of a positive indication of being fully charged after the charging has been completed and the charging cable is still plugged in the current behavior is that the single button shines red while charging and then goes dark when the charging is completed it would be better if the button turned green after the flashlight was fully charged to provide a visual confirmation of the fully charged status; the button lighting would then turn off when the charging cable was disconnected yes, a bicolor LED would add a couple cents to the production cost but I wouldn't mind paying a few cents extra for that functionality

Dfective, But I Like Them.
I bought these because, in my hobby, I'm constantly dropping very small parts on the floor. Then I have to look for them in the dark recesses under the desk, between the cabinets, etc. These are perfect for that--much better than dragging a corded lamp around the floor. Why do I need FOUR? The first one is for looking under the desk. The second one is for when the first needs to be recharged. The third is for when I can't remember where I put the second one. The fourth? That's just in case I want to ascend Mount Everest at night. Defects: None of them will strobe. Instead they just give a dimmer light. (One of them actually did strobe for a few seconds when I pushed the button crookedly.) Also, the sequence of functions was sometimes erratic. That is, instead of going to the next function when the button was pushed, the device turned off. On the positive side, they're very bright and mine recharged in 20 minutes. I wouldn't buy them again, but I'm easy to please and I still like them.

Inexpensive and they do what you expect
The beam is pretty narrow even at "max zoom," which is different from traditional flashlights (and LED flashlights) which tend to produce a more spread out beam. It's literally a single LED behind a simple lens to magnify it, so that's why (although the 'zoom' feature is neat I guess.) But the brightness is pretty good, and the lamp could be very useful. Light from the lamp isn't very diffuse, but it does spread out more. Battery life isn't bad for being so small, I ran the lamp from a full charge and got two-ish hours, maybe a little more. The size is very handy so I think that's fine. USB charging is obviously incredibly useful. They don't feel cheap (metal bodies) but I still wouldn't expect them to take a beating. Those are all really minor trade offs though, they're super inexpensive and come in a four pack and they do what I want, so I like them

Lots of light at little cost.
A great product at a great price. These small flashlights put out an amazing amount of light and provide an equally amazing number of options: the ability to focus the flashlight, a full lamp, and a blinking SOS feature. I have put one of these in each of our cars in case of emergencies, and keep the others in various rooms in our home in case of power outrages.

Outstanding
These torches are compact, lightweight and have four modes of light; bright, low, a COB strip on the side and if you press and hold the power button for about three seconds it automatically flashes S.O.S. in morse code. There is also a "zoom" function to focus the beam by pulling out the head of the torch like an inch-long telescope. I have noticed that if you have the bright beam on for more than a few seconds, pressing the power button turns it off rather than cycling through the other modes which I think is intelligent and useful. They have a clip so you can attach them to your shirt, belt or even cap which is good for using the COB light on the side. The battery life seems good and they are rechargeable with a type-C charging cable (they come with ten supplied). A red light indicates when they are charging and turns off when fully recharged. The torches come in a box of ten which I think makes them outstanding value at only about ยฃ2 50 each.

Crazy good performance for a crazy cheap price.
Very impressive - for $4 each, these lights are great - bright in all modes, easy recharge, keep them handy! They are not going to be the brightest light you can find, but for a handy extra light to have in your bag, pocket etc, they are way brighter and more useful than the light on your phone.
