These are pretty good. Used for several years

I used Como Tomo from newborn through toddlerhood. It was the only bottle system that didn’t cause tummy problems. I loved that I could buy nipple replacements as he got older and needed a faster flow or as they continued to wear over time. They’re pretty easy to clean, take apart, replace, and they don’t leak unless they’re either damaged or your child is hitting them on the ground upside down (from personal experience). Overall I think they’re a great product and look nice. My one suggestion would be to have a slightly stronger material for teething babies.

I have bought alot of these nipples in the last 3 years. My grandson has downs syndrome and will not drink out of anything but comotomo bottles with these nipples, not the sippy ones, since he was born. He is 3 1/2.The problem now is he has a mouth full of teeth so he chews holes in the nipples. I buy 8 -16 a month but that's not the fault of the nipples. We still use the original bottles and wash all in dishwasher. We tried at least 15 other kinds of bottles and nipples. So glad we discovered these. Perfect size and easy for baby to grip.

The best silicon replacement nipples for a baby bottle. Thickness is great and quality material is the best. They come with a very nice design and 3 holes for a good milk flow. I love them 10 out of 10

I absolutely love these! My youngest two kids used the Comotomo brand nipples in every size, with one still using them. They are durable and took quite some biting from my now 2 yr old. I used them between two bottles and they lasted the entirety of my child's bottle usage (1.5yr) and still had some life in them. So for the 6+ nipples they were used for 13 months. I love that I can easily clean them with a bottle brush. They are also very affordable for the quality you get. I'm able to just pop them into the bottle lid very easily and quickly take it out. I love that they mimick the style and feel of moms natural breast, this made it easy for me to make the transition from breast to bottle. I have had no issues with leakage as long as I make sure I insert it into the lid correctly. I recommended and gifted this brand to friends who are having kids, and all have sent great praises about them. These will be the bottles I continue to use for my kids.

This product is great.* various nipple sizes to inexpensively swap in the next size when the baby sets bigger* the wide opening means you don't spill/make a mess with the formula scoopers, compared to the bottles with a smaller opening* so easy to clean!* no gas issues with our baby, now 4 months old (just our experience)* we used Dr. Browns in the past but this is much easier to clean and has fewer parts, so this is our recommendation

Great quality product. My little one would only drink from these bottles. Thankful that Amazon has them available for prime members as you cannot purchase these anywhere in store near me.
