Great for crafting
I bought these to try for different craft projects. I was skeptical when I ordered them but pleasantly surprised when they arrived. The squares are high-quality material and thicker than I expected. They are flat and easy to use. They look nice, not cheap. It's easy to paint or decoupage on them. I really like them and will definitely order them again. They're a great value for the money.

I made some super cute wall tiles with these that look like scrabble tiles and made a cross-word out of them. They are great!

Basswood Sheets
These basswood sheets are great for making custom scrabble letters! They were easy to stain and worked perfectly with vinyl lettering. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that a couple of sheets had slight imperfections, but they were still usable with a little extra effort.
