It comes in a cardboard box with removable cardboard partions which is good for storing the saw, charger and saw bits etc

Can i get more powerful batteries for this saw cheers john

Short answer is I don't know, but with 2 batteries supplied and each last a long time I don't see a need for a bigger battery

Does the charger come with a UK 3 pin plug?

Yes it does and I'm very satisfied with it, plus the batteries that come with it where nearly fully charged anyway but it doesn't take long to fully charge them from empty,
