Since introducing these folders to my waterproofing business it has completely overhauled our whole filing system. No longer are documents falling out the manila folders. We switched out every project and every vendor folder to these folders . They are well made, can expand, and have multiple uses. You can place contracts, billing, material invoices and correspondence in its own section! You can house insurance policies from every year into one folder. You can use them for vendors you pay and have a section for each year instead of creating a new folder every year. Every area gets labelled and anyone can readily access the information and find what is needed. It is neat, organized and looks so professional!! I have even started using these at home for medical information on all my kids and to hold all my utility bills in one folder. Want them in different colors and if possible even bigger sizes with more tabs!!! Please SMEAD make more colors!!!!

Well made and sturdy. I have several projects at work I need to keep on track, and these work perfectly. With the additional filing space, I can have room for such things as meeting notes, flowcharts and correspondence - among other things. The outside cover of this is hard and does not bend or fold. The page in the middle is perfect for keeping additional information at the ready. These fit perfectly in a letter-size pendaflex-style hanging folder. These will help to keep all the paperwork for my projects neatly organized and easy to find. Love them!

Super sturdy for home office by "Smead" perfect for organizing unruly home/office files. All index tabs are center. Super reasonable price after comparing comparable folders at staples, etc.

My mother has been a community health RN for about 14 years, and with hundreds of patients, it is necessary to store their information in files. For many years, my mother used old flimsy folders, but since upgrading to these sturdy folders, she has less stress. She no longer has to punch holes into the folders, feed fasteners through them and keep them in place with a clamp. These folders already have fasteners (built in) and it is such a time saver. She no longer has to unclamp the fasteners, taking the entire folder apart just to add a few extra pages. She can now add pages by opening the fasteners and bending them right back into place. The divider makes organization so much easier. Instead of having to sift through pages of information, she can separate each into their own sections and there's no more hassle. She is updating her filing system one month at a time. Being on a nurse's budget, she buys 2 boxes every few months and is planning on updating all of her patient's files within a year. My mother simply loves these folders and she highly recommends them to anyone who is short on time and in need of fast organization.

When I started my end of my law practice, I wanted to make sure I was organized. These fit the bill perfectly. On one side I keep client info, notes, and billing records. In the middle I keep correspondence on one side, and client documentation on the other side. Pleadings go in the very back. It's perfect, these are well worth the money, and hold up well over time/abuse.
