YOKKAO Muay Thai Boxing Shorts for Men & Women | Premium Satin Shorts for Athletes | Ideal for Training & Competition

I bought a pair of these last year based on the sizing chart and for my 6'/180lbs frame I got the XL. They seemed sorta loose to me but figured this was good. I saw another style that was Medium on Facebook Market that were new and bought them for $30. The medium looks okay but sorta small. This time I ordered the cool panther design in Large. This is the sweet spot for me! They don't make my long legs look goofy and they aren't a smidge too small. I wish I could swap the blue ones I got knowing this for a large. I may resell them since I've only worn them once (I thought they were too goofy looking to wear to the Muay Thai Gym that I go too. 😂). 6' 180ish (32-34" waist) go with the large!!

Yokkao is a top tier brand for muay thai training and they did not disappoint here. The fit great and I received lots of compliments at the gym . I sweat a lot during training and the material quickly dries making very comfortable and versatile while wearing. They are very light and feel great when I'm doing my kicks. Can not go wrong with this brand, totally awesome quality stuff! Highly recommended!!!

great product! i know its on the expensive side for muay thai shorts, but the quality and material shows on these muay thai shorts specially how they always sell out fast! the slits on the sides are wonderfull for kicks and more free too be able to throw them more efficiently but these designs on ea shorts are great and different from other muay thai shorts. ive used them for about 2 weeks now training everyday, washed them everyday and the quality of the shorts stayed as i when i bought them! A+ on quality and design. the fit is true to size if you like it snug around your waist stay too your size, i used to wear running shorts so im used to the snugness. if you want more room get a size bigger.

I’ve gotten multiple compliments on these shorts at the gym and they feel amazing. I would say if you’re in between sizes go up 1 and go up 1 size from your American brands.

I got the blue satin shorts with the pink thunderbolts and they are gorgeous in person. I am 185#/5’6 with hips and the large fit fine but retrospectively would have gone up for more room— I find I have to adjust myself every so often during Muay Thai class with these shorts because the inseam is just a touch too short on me. But I can kick/teep/move around during class just fine in these, and have found that they thankfully are not see-through when I get sweaty. I admittedly took a devil-may-care attitude with cleaning them and just tossed them in the wash with my other shorts (I do air dry them). Unfortunately, I have found that the stitching at the front has started to fray a bit after a month or two. No issues with discoloration, but wish these were more durable for the price.

I'm 5'10, 32 waist, 155lbs. I bought a size small. Big (or small) mistake; for personal reasons. More on that below. Shorts are the softest I've owned. Best Air flow. Best look. Other brands just aren't keeping up with the modern designs of Yokkao and Hayabusa shorts. The difference is, Yokkao (vs Hayabusa) is actually affordable. My shorts shipped in from Thailand are cheaper than the ones I got from the brand based in my country (Canada)? Will be wearing my Yokkao gear at the Hayabusa training academy now. Let em know what's what. I wouldn't even know where to start with these shorts. They are PERFECT muay thai shorts. My favorites. Sizing was perfect for me, particularly because I prefer a super short short look. HOWEVER, many westerners THINK they like this look but often prefer a baggier down to knee look. Asian sizes are often smaller to Americans, so if you have a build closer to mine as I posted above, I do recommend buying a size up. as my man package is frequently escaping my shorts (rash guard underwear a must in these scenarios lmao). This means, for me, these shorts actually entailed an additional purchase of undies/cup! Silly story, but still food for thought. It was a genuine need to the purchase. i recommend getting a size up for "sized up" men.
