T Tinxy Device 4 Node Retrofit Smart Switch. Works with Google home and Alexa

This is the best Indian Product i have ever seen in Automation with AI. I have bought 3 Tinxy devices for my home and all are working flawlessly. Even technical help and product enquiry numbers are great they respond you in very less time. Pro & Cons Pro: 1. It is very compact. 2. You can easily fit into your wall box. 3. You can control 4 devices with it along with your existing wall switch. 4. Wiring is so easy, you don't need for electrician. (Make sure you have little bit knowledge of what is L & N). 5. If i compare with Sonoff 4 channel device then Tinxy is far better. 6. When power goes out, then it will remember the last position of your switch, weather it is wall switch or app switch. 7. Best thing, if your home WiFi goes down then you can still control your appliances via Tinxy app. 8. 2.4 Ghz WiFi connection is required which not an issue as most of the wifi router have that option. 9. If your WiFi is working fine at your home then you can control your connected tinxy appliances anywhere from the world, you just need in your phone mobile data for just to use tinxy app. 10. Last but not the least... Configration with tinxy app is butter on bread 😬. 11. You can easily setup with Alexa and Google Home as far as I'm using both... Can't say about siri and other A.I. Cons: 1. You cannot control Fan speed. 2. While you connected your fan with it and you are trying to control speed with your existing wall fan regulator and switching from maximum speed to Off mode via regulator then Tinxy conflect with another relay it will tripping one time for just 1 second.

It's a good device in low budget. every thing seems good working. Easy to configure. It's has one drawback if internet is down then mobile app will not work. Device is connected over the internet. It's should be working while my mobile and device is sharing same wifi connection.

Update #11 April finally new device works fine and seller is very good and customer servive is awesome. although the product can be improved as am user of Smitch, Wipro , Kiot IOT products. based on my usage of 6 months below i would rate Kiot Smitch Tinxy Wipro Based on Customer versice Tinxy for other products i never required customer service but the serivce of tinxy is excellent finally, i would say to go for the product but be aware there this is an emerging product and emerging company with bugs in the app like on power onn status is incorrect, ghost device etc i plan to upload live demo of the issues seen very soon and hopefully then team can fix it update #4 3 March seller contacted and replacement given will need to check if the device works fine or not seller is very promp and helpful update 10 feb back to 1 rating. after multiple updates device automatically switches back on at night like a ghost customer service just updates firmware and no solution looks like team updates software at night that makes it a perfect ghost device update 12 Jan got a call from tinxy team and they updated the firmware. hopefully that should fix it great support removing 1 start as I have to reach out to them every time for firmware update and does not happen automatically old review disconnects often from internet and same time app also stops working due to which then works like normal switch

This product not working as other smart switch devices. It works as it likes. I bought one, because, it is an indian product. But it wasted my time and not worked, it turned on and off like an indicator blinks . I got a replacement, that also not worked, it turned on and off itself like the first one. Not recommended. I think the ESP board quality good.

When we moved into our new house an year ago, we enquired in the market and got a quotation for home automation of around 15 swtich boards (of 2-6 switches each) for around 1-1.5 lakhs which was expensive. So, I looked around on the internet and found Tinxy. At first I was apprehensive about the installation and the app usability, so I ordered one kit to try out. The installation was quite easy which anyone can do but we got it done from our electrician. The app also is very simple and options like grouping switches and scheduling are quite useful. Later we ordered multiple kits with varied number of switches and have been using them for more than a year now and have never faced an issue so far. Would definitely recommend this.

Pros - 1) Made in india product. 2) Using from more than 1 month and working satisfactory. 3) App is also flawless, no lagging issue. Cons - 1) Little heating issue in PCB. 2) As PCB installed in Switch board there is some low network issue if router is in another room. 3) PCB should be provided in some proper case (Thin Box). Heat sleave feels usafe.

Love it , actually I used this product for my society staircase flooring,for each floor with different time schedule,till now it's working fine and most important is once schedule is set, no wifi is needed till any changes have to be done, I really appreciate ur product just also provide more clear details about connection with proper clear diagrams and provide some cover box also for the device
