An audiophile finally found true love
I've been through about 20 or 30 pairs of wired earbuds in the last almost 15 years, when I was high school and the iPod made them a necessity. I've always been addicted to music, so the buds go in whenever I'm able to listen, and for some years now, through the night as I fall asleep to stand-up albums or audiobooks. (I highly recommend listening to Mulaney or Gaffigan stand-up before bed.) They went through the wringer, and only a few brands ever held out longer than six months. So naturally, the wires would fray, one bud would die before the other, or that stupid cable would bend at the input and the sound would go in and out. Eventually I switched to huge headphones for durability. Really hurt trying to sleep with them on, though. I've resisted wireless because the notion of charging headphones seemed ridiculous. (And I'm old school about tech) What if the battery died? That a battery could come between me and my music was idiotic. Then, I got a nice little bonus this spring. And my earbuds started dying. And I can't get through the workday without my audiobooks (more on this in a minute). And I kept waking up with the wires wrapped around my throat, so I took the hint. I'm decidedly anti-Apple and I have only Samsung products - by chance, really - so when I found these I bought them almost immediately. And I made sure to get them in the brightest color because I'm so sick of losing all the little black gadgets I have! Oh my God. Just... it must be like what the iPod was to me when I first got one as a kid. It's almost magical, the difference it has made in my life. It comes in a little box, and start up is easy. Pop em in your ears, follow the one-page instruction manual on setting up Bluetooth discovery mode, and voila. With my Samsung phone, I had a pre-programmed app (Galaxy Wearables) that helps coordinate all the other settings, things like bass adjustment and ambience. There are SO many settings, it's amazing. Just putting them in is amazing - the noise cancelation, even without anything playing, is like that of being underwater. I had no idea what to do next to get them to work, but it's all about taps. I felt like Uhura or something for the next few weeks, all technologically advanced: the way I have it set up, one tap of a bud pauses and plays. Two taps skips or fast forwards, and three goes backwards or plays previous. Pressing and holding the right increases volume, the left decreases. All of this coordinated with the Galaxy Wearables app, which is where you track the battery life as well. Speaking of the battery life: it's fantastic. I work in a setting where I can listen to music so long as i keep one ear free for safety and communications reasons. Starting at 100% charge, after an 8 hour day, 9 hours of sleep, and then another 8 hour day will I usually find myself in the red and needing to charge. I usually charge them before bed, and it doesn't take long at all - maybe an hour? Quick enough that I don't ever notice it. The charging case itself (cute little pill-looking thing) is good for about two full charges, and it also charges fast. All in all, that battery problem I worried I would have is likely never going to occur. And the sound. It's pretty magnificent. Just this afternoon I was re-listening, for the thousandth time, to the Stephen Fry-narrated Sherlock Holmes audiobook, (absolutely a treasure) and I caught a little sighing note I never noticed in his voice before. It was amazing, it added a lot of depth to the line in question and I had never heard it before. So, excellent sound quality, the likes that you'll hear every instrument clearly, every subtle vocal inflection, etc. The ONLY thing I can complain about is the range. I don't know if walls obstruct range, but the earbuds give out if I'm maybe 30 feet away? Like, if I left my phone in my house and went to check the mail, the signal would definitely be lost. But still, I dont have to carry my phone everywhere and risk dropping it! My workouts and work itself is much smoother now that I don't have to account for the wires and phone being on my person. It's an absolute treasure. I adore these earbuds. No tangled wires that conspire to choke me in my sleep, or kill the sound in one ear. No more cracks in my phone because I got distracted and moved too far back from my desk. If someone who doesn't know headphones etiquette tries talking to me, it just takes a tap to pause, I don't have to unlock my phone and navigate to the app to hit pause. One BONUS is that I have a Note 9, which has a very different charging port than most Android phones - BUT it has the same kind as the charging case for these, so I don't have to worry about carrying around more than one cable. All in all, it has made any listening experience more fluid and natural than I thought wireless earbuds could ever do.

Still Going Strong After 5 Yearsโฆ and I Lose Them Monthly
I originally picked up the Galaxy Buds+ because I was tired of playing the โwhere did I put my earbuds this timeโ game with cheaper pairs that either died quickly or sounded like I was listening through a tin can. I wanted something reliable, comfortable, and honestlyโฆ something I wouldnโt have to replace every few months. Fast forward to nowโit's been since October 2021, and somehow these little earbuds are still holding on like theyโve got something to prove. Itโs May 2026, and they look and sound almost exactly like they did the day I took them out of the box. That alone kind of sold me on them. Iโve been a Samsung user since the Galaxy S7 days (RIP to my HTC era), and these pair seamlessly with everything Iโve owned over the years. No weird connection issues, no fighting with Bluetooth, just open the case and theyโre ready. Itโs one of those things you donโt fully appreciate until youโve dealt with the opposite. The fit is another big win for me. I have smaller ears, and a lot of earbuds either feel like theyโre about to fall out or just straight up hurt after a while. These fit comfortably and stay put, whether Iโm working, walking, or just moving around the house pretending Iโm productive. Sound quality is honestly where they surprised me the most. The bass has real depth without being overwhelming, and when I switch to audiobooks or podcasts, voices come through super clear, even at lower volumes. I donโt feel like I have to crank them up just to understand whatโs being said, which my ears definitely appreciate. Battery life has also been solid. Iโm not timing it down to the hour, but I rarely find myself stressing about them dying mid-use. And when I do forget to charge them, the quick charge feature has saved me more than once. One feature I didnโt think Iโd rely on as much as I do is the โfind my earbudsโ function. I lose these around my house at least a couple times a month, no exaggeration. Being able to track them down without tearing apart my entire living space has been a small but very real quality-of-life upgrade. At around the $99 range, especially considering how long these have lasted me, the value feels more than fair. Iโve definitely gotten my moneyโs worth and then some. Overall, these have been one of those rare tech purchases that just quietly does its job really well for years. No drama, no constant upgrading, just solid performance every time I use them.

Awsome Galaxy Ear Buds
Got my Galaxy ear buds a few days ago and charged them up on arrival. I also had to update the ear bud software but it really did it on its own with a click when it asked. I set up the ear bugs and played with the settings which was really easy and quick. You will need to give the buds full access to your phone and I have the Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus 5G phone. Was leary about that but they won't work if you don't. I have been using a $50 set of ear plugs almost daily for 5 years and really like my old set and they have great sound so I thought until I turned these new Galaxy ear buds on and Bluetooth connection was immediate. Fired up SiriusXm and the hifi sound was amazing. I set the ear buds on Dynamic sound setting and WOW. I almost thought I was listening to my hifi Klipsch stereo setup in my living room if SiriusXm signal quality was better. The sound from these are excellent!!! As far as blocking out back ground noise I'm not sure how well they do that since I haven't worn them on my riding mower yet but I couldn't hear my surround sound coming from my LG TV speakers while listening to Siriusxm but I did have the volume cranked up about 70%. They seem to get plenty loud but I'll know that for sure once I'm mowing. There is a feature in the app that says if you loose one it will find them for you so that's cool. The battery life must be really good because last night I listed to YouTube videos for hours then music for hours then watched a 2 hr movie with them then went back to music listening and fell asleep with them on, woke up and they were still going strong this morning. Atleast 12 plus hours of listening time and when I put them on the charger the Galaxy wearable app showed 76% battery life left. You can get calls, text messages, emails, phone calls, turn the volume up and down, pause, play and there are about 5 different sound settings like, normal, bass boost, soft, Dynamic, clear and don't forget to set you phone setting to Dolby Atmos also. These plugs are amazingly nice, comfortable, long long long battery life you can even wirelessly charge them off your Galaxy phone. As far as distance before you loose Bluetooth connection, I left my phone in the house on my Lazyboy and went outside and walked about 75 feet before they started cutting out a little. Then I set my phone on the patio outside and started walking and got about 150 feet away before they started cutting out a little, so great Bluetooth distance before they cut out far superior than my old ear buds. Like I said I use my ear buds every day while working outside or in the house so I don't bother everyone else with my music and talk shows I listen to. I can't find any cons except 1 and that may be the carrying case battery size. It states it only has enough power to fully recharge the ear buds once. I haven't tested that yet but that probably won't be a issue since you can wirelessly charge from your phone battery or just plug it in from your same Galaxy phone cord. They also give you several ear piece sizes but the ones that came already fitted on it fit me fine. These Galaxy ear buds are awsome in my book and I got them off Amazon in 2 days ship time for $117 with tax. Ok hope this helps someone you can't go wrong with these that's for sure.

Very nice, but they missing a few important qualities.
First off I want to say if you will be using these while out and about, or doing any other activity these are by far comfortable, and very nice audio quality. They are easy to put in your pocket and forget about them, plus the battery life is insane! Though they have a few cons that I've encountered which I will show you via pros and cons below. PROS: -Battery Life: It lasts me for days on end, and I never had a problem with case charging while they are in my pocket. -Audio Quality: If you set them to Dynamic these things are actually pretty good! Nothing like a good headset though but still for their small size it does the job well! -Comfort: These are simple to put the case in your pocket fits well in almost any clothing, also they fit really well in the ears and if you have ambient mode off you won't hear much from the world around you. -Case: The case is actually very nice and keeps them safe. The ear buds just fall in place and stay there within the charging case no jiggle or shaking. -Button Inputs: The button inputs are actually my favorite part about these ear buds, when you put them in your ear it knows when you do so, and when you take them out it pauses whatever your listening for you even if you don't touch the touch screen button. Also it's super easy to just put them in your ear long press the touch pad and Spotify is ready to go and playing. -Connection: Whenever I take these out of the case they are paired up and ready to go on the phone keeping whatever settings you left them on last no fuss. When your done just put them back and they disconnect as easy as that. CONS: -Mic Quality: Now I've used these on many platforms and devices including my Samsung Galaxy S9+, MSI $1,300 computer, and within my trucks Bluetooth. These seem to do an okay job when on a call and have decent noise cancelation so it only focuses on my voice. But when I'm on a Discord call, or any other platform while using low ambient mode my friends said it sounds like I'm in the bathroom, or in a box (slight echo), and on top of that it's not even on when I'm in the call even though in the wearable settings it's allowed during calls. Which when I turned ambient mode off this issue went away. But the mic quality was still not very good, I do have a Astro A50 headset so the transition was probably a bit harsh, but it's the fact sometimes I don't want to wear a big headset and I want to relax with earbuds in kind of takes away from the enjoyment of these earbuds. -Ambient Mode: This is like a double edged sword it can be good, and bad. One of those bad things was stated above. The ambient mode on this device is like a very bad hearing aid when above the low setting mainly on high or extra high if you have that setting on. It works don't get me wrong, but it's only okay at best. It's always good to be able to hear your own voice while talking so that your not talking louder then you need to be. But at higher levels there is static from things around you that the earbuds tries to cancel out which can ruin the music or call quality if on a call with someone. OVERALL: To me I think they do a good job for what they are meant for, but they are missing a few redeeming qualities for me to just give them a 5 star rating. Overall if your looking for a good pair of earbuds for listening to music while working and such these are low profile and get the job done. Though they have a water resistance rating of, "IPX2, which means that a few drops of water that hit the earbuds at just the right (or wrongโฆ) angle could lead to hardware issues." Otherwise there could be better options out there for mic quality or audio quality but none are this low profile and has such good features for this price. If your interest I'd say just give them a try and see how you like them. Personally I'm keeping mine due to some of the redeeming qualities, but they have a bit step from being the go to for earbuds. Overall: 4/5 Battery Life: 5/5 Connection: 5/5 Comfort/Low Profile: 4/5 Mic Quality: 2/5 Ambient Mode: 3/5 Audio Quality: 4/5 Ease Of Life: 4/5 Noise Cancellation: 4/5

Super Comfortable
I've had the Samsung Galaxy Buds Plus for over a year now, and I can confidently say they're one of the best purchases I've made. At first, I didnโt fully appreciate how good they wereโbut over time, I've really come to value their quality. The sound is crystal clear with a surprising amount of bass for such small earbuds. The battery life is impressiveโI can go days without needing to recharge the case. They're super comfortable and stay in my ears, even during workouts or while walking around. What really stands out is how reliable they are. A whole year later, they still perform like new. Great connectivity, great call quality, and the ambient sound feature is super handy when I need to stay aware of my surroundings. If you're looking for true wireless earbuds that balance quality, comfort, and durabilityโthese are it. Definitely worth every penny!

Lasts a full workday OR night of sleeping
I use my earbuds on average 12 hours a day and 7 hours at night. I mainly use for audiobooks and sometimes for music and watching videos. The sound quality is perfect. Noise canceling works fantastic. I find I typically have to turn off noise canceling when I'm walking the dog for safety reasons. When noise canceling is turned off (or ambient sound is on) it severely diminishes the sound quality. When you're talking on the phone it automatically switches over to ambient sounds so you can hear the sounds around you and I think it's mainly so you can hear yourself talking. I don't particularly care for these but I think it's probably a good feature. When ambient sound is on it makes everything sound a little hollow kind of. Not so much the the sound of the music that you're listening to as much as it is the ambient sounds around. I think this could be better. I don't really have anything to compare it to so I don't know how bad it is or how good it is. But in general if you're listening with ambient turned off the sound quality is fantastic. One of the best features about this design is when you are laying on a couch or in the bed. I find that it fits inside my ear just right and I can even lay on my side and the earbuds stay in place. The battery life on this device is fantastic. This was the main reason why I purchased these knowing that it would last a full work day without needing to pause for charging. It charges quickly actually it charges very quickly. Sometimes I don't like how it fits in my ears it feels loose or like it's going to fall out. I usually I'm only doing task around the house and I find that the only time it's falling out of my ear is when I'm doing things like bending over. These would not be good earphones for working out I suspect. Even though it doesn't feel as secure in my ear the benefits that the battery life and the comfortability of sleeping is a huge huge drive for me rating this so high. During the day while working or walking around the house I don't feel like it's going to fall out It's only whenever I start to do activities other than walking or sitting or in my case sleeping. I'm attaching photos so you can see how it fits in my ear. And looking at the photos I can tell it doesn't actually fit that great. So it's quite possible other people's ears it won't feel like it's going to fall out as much. Overall I've been using these for 8 months consistently and I highly recommend them. Maine drivers of that recommendation is battery life, comfortability, and the ability to to sleep with them in.

Absolutely Perfect! I got light blue and love them!
Switched from 10 years of an apple ecosystem to Samsung and I couldn't be happier! These blow those dumb looking ear sticks, also known as air pods completely out of the water! I can't believe I used air pods for so long! They always fell out, were uncomfortable, clunky, got caught on things since they're literally sticks hanging out of your ears, and sounded terrible compared to these! These have a nice, snug fit with SIX different options to get the perfect, all day comfort fit! Crapple just gives you their one size fits all sheep piece of hard plastic to jam into your ear so you're in pain by the end of the first hour! Also you need to bang the hard plastic crapple air pods into your ear to use the controls on them. You have to hit them very hard to register a "tap." Need to do a triple "tap" gesture? You're going to need to hit that hard plastic into your ear hard three times. Painful. And to anyone watching, you're just hitting yourself on the side of the head like an idiot. These beautiful creations, you just touch! No pain, no "tap" ramming them into your skull, just lightly touch. Why couldn't crapple figure that out? A touch pad instead of primitive, neanderthal banging?! I can't believe these are so much better than crapple in every single way! Amazing how much money people will pay for a poor quality brand just because it's what everyone and their mother are doing. The noise cancellation is AMAZING TOO! Crapple had no noise cancellation because they just balance precariously on the outside of your ear, there was no seal so the outside noise just was all you heard. These form a tender seal in your ear so there's no noise from the outside world to bother you. Also, I had to keep recharging the air pods all the time because they have such a pathetic crapple battery life, line the rest of their product lines! I put them in and in no time they were done! I can actually wear these all day! The battery life is AMAZING! Samsung also believes people are individuals, and gives you tons of color options to express yourself instead of just the boring, institution white. Pink? Blue? Black? It's up to you! Samsung gives you CHOICES. Be yourself, not everyone else! Ditch the overrated, overpriced apple logo and go for QUALITY. These are lightweight, stay in place no matter how intense your workout or routine, all day comfortable (I forget I have them in my ear), are easier to connect with multiple devices, never have random pairing issues and stuff like those dumb crapple pods, aren't high maintenance and temperamental (just look at the air pods the wrong way and they'd stop working!), and are just far superior in every single way. Don't be a sheep. Don't get crapple because everyone else falls for the trendy trap! Get products that work! Get Samsung.

These are nice ear buds and work great with my iPhone 11 Pro Max
At the end of March 2021 I bought the Buds+ as an extra set to switch off with my AirPods Pro. The AirPods were working just fine, but I wanted to try something else. I read a review for the Samsung Buds Pro and a random reviewer said - you know what - the Buds+ are better - get those instead. So, I bought the Buds+ when I saw them $40 off regular new price. From the reviews I read the Buds+ sound quality was good. To me it seems to true - just as good as my AirPods Pro. I was interested in the longer battery life in the Buds+ - rated at 11 hours and 5 hours for the AirPods Pro. I sleep with ear buds every night, so let's say a normal night of 7 hours, the AirPods Pro would almost always be dead near the morning. With the Samsung Buds+ I for sure can wake up with about 20% battery after 7 hours of sleep (medium or low ambient setting), so I don't have to charge them immediately when I wake up. I didn't have much luck with the AirPods Pro noise cancelation or ambient noise. The settings on the AirPods Pro are always switched to off or not doing much when ambient was on. I'm sure it's my fault with a bad fit or something. However, with the Samsung app - you switch it to Low, Medium, High (or if activated in the lab) Extra High ambient sound and it stays on. No noise cancelation on Buds+ (I knew that b4 buying them). I hadn't been using noise cancelation with the apple buds - the ambient noise was much more important to me. Phone call quality with Buds+ is solid. The other person always hears me fine. However, the Phone Call Ambient sound setting is different than the listening ambient noise setting. So it is disappointing that I have trouble hearing my own voice while talking on the phone. I don't make many calls on my phone, so not a deal breaker. I don't regret owning the AirPods Pro - but I'd most certainly choose the Buds+ for less than half the cost of apple. The touch controls on the Buds+ are fine. I mostly just Stop and Start my music with it. I have a setting to turn volume up and down by tapping on the edges of the ear pieces - but I can't really get that to work. I do not have any problems with accidentally stopping the music with incidental bumps. Maybe it's happened brushing the Buds+ against the pillow once or twice - but typically not a problem. I can also accidentally turn off music with my AirPods Pro constantly adjusting the fit. I don't use Siri much. While wearing the Buds+ I can say Hey Siri what's 2 + 2 and you'll hear Siri answer in your headphones. What else? The thing making the Buds+ a winner for me are the small wings on the edge of each bud. For me, I love the Samsung fit. I was always adjusting my AirPods Pros when I moved or just sat in one place because they were constantly working their way out of my ears to flop on the floor. What else? oh. The Buds+ connect better than apple to my modern dell work laptop for Zoom meetings. However, I usually I use wired headphones for Zoom. That' my brain dump. I like these Samsung Buds+.

Much improved over original buds
I bought these as I lost my first pair of galaxy buds, so figured might as well go for the "plus" version. I went with red just to make them easier to find if I misplace them again :) Since I have owned both versions, I can say definitively that the + version is much better. I mostly use them for listening to music and I've definitely noticed a much better sound coming out of these ones. Call quality also seems better, can't say I've used them for calls very much though. They also seem to sit a bit better and are more comfortable as well.

Awesome
The music quality is no joke. Was listening to Spotify music and at one point i had to check if i was using wired headphones cos the bass is out of the world. The case didnt feel like cheap plastic unlike what many critics say. It feels compact and the red colour is lit. Worth every penny.
