Love this stuff!! To me, it tastes like a very mild black tea. I drink it hot and iced.I’m 37w3d pregnant now and I’ve been drinking 2 cups a day to help prep for birth.But prior to my pregnancy, I drank it on my period to help ease cramps.

I like the tea. I planned on using drinking this prior to going into labor but ended up having the baby very early. I now drink this post partum as raspberry leaf tea has several good benefits for women’s reproductive system and post partum. Also, something other than water to keep me hydrated with breastfeeding. It’s also a natural galactagogue which helps increase your milk supply.

I bought these as baby shower gifts. I personally like drinking raspberry leaf tea and I think that Yogi is a very high quality brand.

Drinking this for birth prep, wayyy cheaper (and just as good) as the boxes they sell in the store

Works well and tastes very good

Got for the remainder of my pregnancy. If you’ve had the tea before it is the same as the store. No issues with freshness or anything. Recommend it for those in their third trimester trying to prep the uterus for labor. I would buy the one box at the store and go through it quickly so this was a great bulk order.

Have not try them as yet, but packaging was perfect
