Extremely Satisfied!
I struggled with finding an office chair that met a good balance between cost and features. It's difficult when you can't try them before buying; so much so that I almost purchased one from Staples out of frustration. So I researched and compared and read reviews. This chair checked all my requirements but it was a little more than I wanted to spend. After weighing the pros and cons of buying a cheaper chair, I decided to purchase this one. I am so very impressed with this chair, that I felt compelled to share my feedback. PROS 1) Packaging was meticulous. Everything was placed and wrapped well. 2) Assembly was a snap. Instructions were easy to follow. 3) All the bolts and caps had one extra. 4) The best Allen wrench ever provided, lol. Seriously, it had a nice handle attached. 5) Comes with 2 sets of caster wheels, one being very nice rollerblade style for extra smooth mobility especially on carpet. 6) The chair is heavy and sturdy with an aluminum base. Everything felt durable and high-quality. 7) Ergonomics are superb. Very supportive and comfortable. 8) Folding armrests, which was something I was looking for specifically. 9) Comfortable, adjustable headrest. CONS 1) The only con, which is not an issue as long as you are aware before you buy, is that it is a tad bit tall, even at its lowest position. I am 5'10" and will use it at the lowest position. If you are shorter than that or have shorter legs, it may be an issue. Also, the default caster wheels (no blade style), are about an inch shorter, so that is an option if you need it. So far, I am extremely satisfied with everything about this chair. It is well worth the cost. I haven't sat in it for long periods of time yet, but if anything changes, I will update my feedback accordingly. I hope this helps someone else who is researching which chair to buy. The struggle is real, lol!

Stylish and comfy chair. Great for gaming and all day sitting.
The installation took 5-10 mins. what screw to use for what side is not clear. If you use the incorrect screw or wrong side then it would make a noise or hurt your kness/thighs like other review but if you use the right one it feels like a really expensive chair. It fits Dont need a sitting pad with it as I sat for hours on it. I usually like sitting on a pad or pillow but this one is good enough. Arm pads are good. It look terrific at any angles. It came with 2 set of wheels one is castor wheels that are plastic and other is the rubber/silicone for hardwood. Lumbar support is for relaxing only. If you have back problems then. might need something extra or something else. Up to 275 lbs weight capacity.

Pretty good, but I prefer the NOHAUS Ergo 3D
I originally wanted this chair, full mesh seat and back, blade wheels, and the flip-up arms for versatility in switching between desk use (arms down) and guitar playing (arms up). Having one chair makes a lot of sense for my home recording needs. Just after COVID-19 hit, the Flip! went out of stock, much like many other chairs that had > 50% 5-star ratings. In April, I ended up ordering the NOHAUS Ergo 3D instead (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07L4ZQMDX/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and was very pleased with both the quality and comfort. When the Ergo Flip! once again became available, I promptly ordered it. The Flip! is almost as comfortable as the Ergo 3D. The lumbar support is a little less resilient than my personal preferences, and it does not recline quite as far as the 3D, but does have the flip-up arms, making it very useful in going from desk use to guitar playing and even doing both at once, but it does not deliver the same caliber of quality. Overall the chair is solid, but when shifting my weight (I am 5' 11" and 220lbs) to either side or leaning on either of the arms, the chair frame emits a loud snap as if something is not tight and is being forced together. All fasteners have been secured and confirmed as secured on multiple occasions, making it unclear what the origin of the sound is. If I had not experienced the Ergo 3D first, I would likely be more satisfied with the Ergo Flip! (with the exception of the aforementioned snapping sound). Happy sitting!

oh, man! what can I say?
Finding a good, comfortable chair has been, so far, my biggest work from home challenge. After my last chair began to gave out, I decided it was time for a new one. So I found this bad boy. Ordered it and now, after less than 24 hours, I've decided to send this awful, wretched thing back for a refund. Sitting on it for merely 2 hours has given me the absolute worst back pain that is shooting from my lumbar straight up to my cervical region. This is an immediate regret. Save yourself the time, headache and backache. UPDATE 3/23/21: Cannot disassemble this product. Reached out to the company and they gave me directions. Followed them completely and they still do not separate. I fear I may have to keep this stupid POS chair.

Color not same as pictures | Good but not worth the price
I purchased this chair because my desk is white and the rest of the furniture in my room is either grey or white. So I thought this chair would be a perfect fit especially because I didn’t find any other decent quality chairs in white or light grey. But this chair’s COLOR IS NOT AS SEEN in pictures. The chair actually has a mix of really dark grey and black color on the inside and the outside is just black. So it sticks out like a sore thumb in my room. The product is of good quality but has major functional issues that other cheaper chair offer on Amazon. The chair doesn’t lean very far and requires you to use force to lean back. The headrest can tilt but it doesn’t stay in place. I can tilt it to fit my neck curve but when I rested your neck on it, it goes back to it’s original position. I’m 5’4 and even at the lowest height, my feet can’t rest flat on the ground. Which means that I still have to look down on my computer which hurts my neck and back. The seat of the chair barely reaches the back of my knees, aka it’s not long enough. So if I bend my leg(s) to put my feet in the chair, my foot can’t really stay in because there is not enough space for it. That being said, it is relatively comfortable to sit in and the armrest are my favorite. They have a thick cushion and are made of leather like material.

nice chair and good price!
so far, so good! I got this chair about three weeks ago when my back started tweaking out after too many long Zoom calls working from home and sitting in a dining room chair. this is a huge upgrade vs that. definitely seems ergonomic (meaning for me at least it provides good, shaped support under my legs and comfy lumbar support, plus a head rest when I want to lean back), and it appears so far to be well made, especially for the price. only watch-out relates to size: similar to another review I read before buying, I'd agree the chair is a little big relative to overall population - i'm 6', and when i sit in the chair at it's lowest height, my feet (no shoes) are flat on the ground and thighs parallel to floor. if I elevate the chair just a little my feet start to lift off floor. not sure if they sell different sizes, but if they do, be sure to get the right one for your size. i bought the upgraded wheels (like rollerblades) and they are a nice feature - still tho I needed to put a rug underneath as it rolls a ton otherwise if just on hardwood floor. anyways, i like this chair so far esp for the price! yay!

Sturdy, well designed.
The chair arrived quickly, and was very well packaged. All the parts are high quality, the box includes the tools needed for assembly, and even supplies extra bolts in the event they are needed at some future point. It was a surprise that the box included an alternate set of casters, (not mentioned in the product description) presumably so the customer can choose whichever type is best for their situation. Unfortunately, the instructions do not explain how to choose which type to use. The instructions for assembly are simple and clear, but the parts are heavy and two people are needed to put it together. But the solid design and quality are well worth the effort it takes. Another reviewer mentioned that the chair is narrow and may not fit large people, and that is true, but it’s perfect for me (6’ 180) and I like the close, ergonomic fit, (which supplies support,) rather than the typical big, squashy design of many office chairs.

Going to be our 3rd anniversary
My faithful mesh chair. Keep your bottom cool and allows me to sit more than 12 hours a day. I roll back and forth to my kitchen island to get coffee and snack. Wheels are perfect after 3 years. The Mesh needed me to open the the rim and re-seat last year, but it was easy. It's easy to clean. I just take it to my yard and spray it down with water and detergent. No cracking on the armrest. No loose or wear parts. It probably last me another 3 to 5 years. It's worth it to spend a little for a great chair. I only wish they have replacement for the seat foam insert. It's gets dusty, and I am afraid if I take it out too much it will break. It's foam so wear and tear is not great.

Silla comoda
Muy buena silla, fácil de armar, puedes seleccionar entre dos tipos de rueda. Al estar sentado por varias horas no te cansas y el material se siente de buena calidad, es transpirable

Excellent value for money, fixed my lower back issues
I tend to work for very long hours at my computer and this chair has held up excellently for the two months I have had it so far. My lower back doesn’t hurt like it used to and you can’t put a price on that! Also, the armrests go up and down which is extremely useful if you like strumming the guitar :)

Buenas intenciones
Buenos materiales y fácil de armar. Pero no es para nada cómoda pues el mismo peso del cuerpo contrae los bordes de la malla y hace que los plásticos sean incómodos para los costados de las piernas después de un rato de uso. Una lástima.
