I’ve been using it regularly and it does the job. Overall, it’s a good and simple tool to improve grip strength. I don’t like the design though sine it doesn’t actually say how many lbs you’re doing .

Amazing price for a great quality item

I bought two of these grip trainers to help me better operate the controls on a motorcycle that I am learningto ride. Using them has been really helpful for improving my grip strength. It is easy to adjust the tension, and the price was nice. I recommend this product. It has been working well for me. My hands are getting less tired while I learn to ride as I use them, which is why I bought them.

Works great and the dial to increase tension does just that. Pretty nice to use during drives or when watching tv. Comes with a little booklet with different examples of ways to use it so that’s nice.
