Premium aged balsamic I can't be without!
I have been through 3 bottles of this aged balsamic, because it is that incredible. It is so good, I am not even tempted to look elsewhere. A syrupy smooth richness that I cannot be without. Fantastic on sliced tomatoes and avocado, or tomatoes shallot and basil leaf, with a very good extra virgin olive oil and s&p. Drizzled on top of caprese chicken is a marriage made in heaven. Very low acidity due to aging. Sweet, smooth, and aromatic. Everyone's taste buds vary, but I can't imagine anyone not being very impressed with this premium aged balsamic.

Blazing Balsamic!
This balsamic is the best. I love the thickness of it and that it really holds the flavor throughout the bottle. We keep this on hand, actually out on our counter as it makes for a nice display along with olive oils. I've compared it to many different brands we've tried and this one is by far our favorite. Really great on Brussel Sprouts, Caprese and lots of other recipes.

Delicious!
This might be the best balsamic out there. Smooth and rich flavor. Thicker than a lot of others I’ve tried so it coats really well. I will buy again.

Best flavor we have bought.
This is the best balsamic vinegar we have ever bought . We usually by one that is 25 years aged. This one even topped it.

Nice big bottle of this ambrosia! Go for it!
Divine! Thick, delicious, plentiful! This order includes a nice big glass bottle of this ambrosia of the gods! It comes carefully wrapped, arriving in perfect condition. The bottle is stopped with a very cool grey stopper, no dried out cork for this beauty of a balsamic vinegar. Simply outstanding! Couldn’t be happier!1

Good but not for me
Blazing Bella is my second try at quality aged balsamic from Italy. The first was Due Vittorio which had a nice balance of flavor, but was thinner than I’d hoped. Blazing Bella is much thicker and not as sweet, but unfortunately my taste buds have been picking up a flavor that’s reminiscent of the smell of acetone nail polish remover. Sometimes it could just be the individual at different seasons throughout life. Sometimes it could be accurate to how the product was manufactured. Either way, I will not be purchasing this brand again.

I used it generously every day for just over a month and it’s about a quarter full.
Such as good flavor and nice texture. I didn’t know balsamic vinegar had higher levels of quality than the usual stuff. If you love balsamic and wanna bring it to another level. Order this stuff. I’m you won’t be disappointed.

Very Good!!! High Calories Compared To Others! Price Keeps Increasing! Read Updates!
If you are looking for the best value for the money or a nice presented product to gift, look no further because this is it. This is a very thick, sweet, very good balsamic. I have tried so many high end balsamics and this is definately the best for the money in my opinion. Large 500ml bottle delivered in a wooden box and a stainless steel pourer. I have found the one for me.Update: After going through 3 bottles of this balsamic, it is still my opinion that it is a very good product for the money. But I have come to the conclusion that it may not be a truly aged balsamic vinegar that you would find at a much higher price. I think this balsomic vinager has added thickeners and sugar to it giving it its flavor and consistency. It is loaded in calories (560 calories per cup compaired to 50 calories per cup with a good natural aged balsomic vinegar) I also tend to use much more of this product than I do the good stuff so even though this bottle is twice the size of most for the same price, I now have to decide how much more of it I am having to use in order to have an accurate price comparison and value for money.Update: Price keeps going up. Early 2019 I paid $31.99 a bottle with free Prime Shipping. Mid 2019 I paid $37.99 a bottle with free Prime shipping. Late 2019 I paid $39.99 a bottle with free Prime shipping. Now Jan. 2020 free Prime shipping is no longer available and total cost with shipping is now $46.42. At this point I will be looking into other options just after I thought my search was over.
