Great resource for anyone working collaboratively to improve teaching
The book is a great resource to shape your coaching conversations into one that is student centered and driven by formative data. It contains protocols for analyzing student formative data in the coaching process and tools that help measure the effectiveness of coaching relative to student data. The vignettes contained in the book help to put the suggestions into the context of a secondary level school setting and help with thinking about the tools in practice. I would recommend this book to anyone that wants to use student data and learning as the lead driver in your coaching conversations. Whether your role is as a coach, instructional strategies, administrator or anyone that has a role of working with staff to improve the impact of their instruction on student learning, this book would be a great resource.

No page numbers.
This ebook is useless to me as a student as it has location numbers instead of page numbers. I can not site in APA format. It is a complete waste of money.
