This is a great tool for anybody on a Keto diet. Even very helpful for those on a lo-carb diet. An attractive and convenient tool.

These attach easily to the refrigerator and are easy to clean. They are legible and have enough information for daily use without having to research much further.

This has a large magnet on the back and sticks easily to the refrigerator. The pages are stiff and laminated, and the tabs at the bottom make it easy to flip to the section you want. The text is very easy to read and well organized. The lists aren't comprehensive, but are very helpful to quickly find the carb counts of a lot of really basic foods. The first one I received was damaged but was quickly replaced. Great service.

Built-in magnet makes it easy to stick on the frig. I'd highly recommend. A little pricey otherwise would give it 5 stars.
