took 1/2 hour to install, and works just fine. Reason for replacement was cable broke at previous motor connection.

Seems I should have trusted the reviews here. The majority of this unit is pretty decent. The regulator seems well built and a bit more sturdy than even one you would get thru an Autozone. The motor however seems to be glitchy. When it was working for the less than 24 hours it was in use, it ran well and quiet. Drove to work after installing, put the window up. When I left work the window would not go down. No noise or anything. Checked for power and the motor is getting juice and the switch is working fine. Its just a defective unit ultimately. No contact info for the seller and seems to be a known issue that is being ignored by them.

The window regulator motor on the unit I received does not work correctly. Details are as follows..... My son lives 150 miles away, and owns a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze LT. He had told me that his driver-side window would no longer go up and down, and that he had used painters tape to temporarily keep it in the upright position. He was coming for a 5-day visit, so I ordered this window regulator replacement. We did the installation on the day he arrived......the brackets which clamp onto the window had broken on his original window regulator. The installation was very straight forward......we tested everything.....reinstalled the door panel, and thought we were done. He took it out for a short drive.....came back, and reported that the window no longer worked. Sure enough.....there was no movement when pushing the switch.....not even a "click" sound from the window regulator motor in the driver's door. (It seemed to have lost its electrical connection.....) All the other windows worked correctly. I took the door panel off again......unplugged and replugged the electrical housing from the window regulator motor.....and everything was once again working correctly. The following morning, we had the same experience.....driver's window not working. Once again, I unplugged and replugged the electrical housing on the window regulator motor, and everything worked. Later that afternoon, we had the same experience......driver's window not working. Given that my son was traveling back home in a couple of days, I decided that I would swap the motor on the new window regulator with the motor from the old (original) window regulator. After doing this, everything works......and has continued to work. So, I'm now convinced that there was some sort of electrical defect in the window regulator motor that was contained in this product that I received from Amazon...... I'm sharing all of this just so someone else might be able to benefit from the problem-solving work that I had to do with this product.......

Great product and easy to install overall. The rubber grippers that hold the window we’re thin and a little flimsy so one tore as I was trying to align the window. I was able to replace it with a piece from the old regulator. Other than that it was a great product!

The part worked fine for a week then randomly stopped working. I disconnected the power to the main switch and reconnected it. It worked 1 day of rolling up and down then completely stopped working. Definitely not worth the money spent on the part. I’ve only had it since middle of January and it’s currently April 1st.

I have never bought car parts on Amazon before so I was a little worried what kind of condition this window regulator would be in. Once the package arrived, I opened up the box and was happy to see that the part was in good order. I don’t have a lot of experience working on cars but I was able get the old/broken regulator out, and the new regulator installed, and the whole job took me a little under an hour. My window is working great and I don’t see any issues with the installation or the performance of the part. This was a good experience and I would recommend.

I purchased the window regulator for my Chevy Cruze. Installed it and with in 40 days it started acting up. Clicking sticking and binding. I reinstalled it a couple times. Still wouldn’t work. Bought a different one same oem part number as this one and works perfectly. Contacted company and won’t do anything about it. They said I pay to ship it back and they would refund me for it. But it costs me more to ship it than I payed for it. So 4 month old part and no warranty what so ever from them. I would avoid buying from this company at all costs. Pay a little more for the part else where and receive a better customer service and warranty

This works once up and once down, then will not work again until you disconnect the power. Went through the relearn procedure, I even took it to the GM dealer to clear and reprogram. Still doesn't work. Junk. Spend the extra and buy the OEM part.

Pour mon véhicule cruze 2014 lt Le connecteur est le même par rapport à celui d'origine mais malheureusement le composant a l'intérieur il semble pas fonctionné correctement car il arrête de fonctionner après quelque esseye et meme apres deux clique il ne monte pas automatiquement alors j'enlève toute la garniture et déconnecter le conecteur et le reconnecter a nouveaux pour que sa fonctionne, j'ai été obligé d'enlever l'ancien moteur qui fonctionne et le monter sur le nouveaux levé vitre pour que sa marche. En résumé vérifier bien le composant du connecteur s'il semble avoir les même composant.
