They really help with high arch. You will need to work into them as they will begin to hurt after several hours until you get used to them. If you wash them off they will stick again.

I like the product, it helps my poor arches but the glue is pathetic, didn't last a week.

My only issue was my foot became sweaty on top of the support and I was wearing sandals and my foot turned in the sandal. I think I need a fabric kind. My feet don't usually sweat so I think it was just the material. My feet were sore the first few days but survivable. They are not really sandal friendly if you are wearing the type of sandal that is shaped like an insole if that makes sense. It takes up the entire mid section of the sandal making it hard to walk and uncomfortable, for me anyway. But it all in all it did the job I may only use again if I need.

Do not stick to inside of shoes…. Slides as you walk then you are walking on a hard lump in your shoe.

So I'm not sure why these only have 3.5 stars??? I've got an extremely high arch. I was a Bellerina on toe shoes for many many years. That being said I do believe being born with an unnaturally high arch as it is being on toe shoes for years not only destroyed my feet and caused my arches to be even higher!!! (No I would NOT change being a pro-dancer for much of my life! I Loved it) I'm not a dancer anymore life has a way of sneaking up on you and before you know you're in your 40's ⬆️ and a Granny of three Beautiful Granddaughters! Yes we have our hands full! Anyway, sorry I'm a rambler lol! I've got serious back issues and had to have surgery that fixed the problem while simultaneously giving me another problem. I secretly wish I'd NEVER had my back surgery at all! Even tho we're not sure what could have happened had I not had the surgery, possibly wheelchair. I was also in an extremely abusive relationship for too many years. There was a cyst on my spine the docs were pretty sure was my spinel fluid leaking from trauma.. My body created a wall to contain it. It would have more than likely continued to grow as the pain kept increasing to a point my only other option was mad RX drugs! And NO thank you! I know too many people that have developed a habit from taking the same meds to control pain! My body is very battered but not broken! It kills me every day knowing what my body was once capable of. We all get old! Do NOT beat yourself up over that! Is what I tell myself on the daily! I've lived A Lot in my years. So not only do I have back problems, I've got neuropathy and mental illness but we won't get into all that lol! My feet ache if I don't have support. Let's face it most women's shoes don't have adequate support unless you pay a fortune and then they're not always the cutest. Until now! These arch inserts are Amazing! Mine have to be in a weird spot bc of how high my arches are but they do the trick! I can now wear my cute sandals that don't have much support! Having the correct arch support has made a difference in my days! One wouldn't think just adding some support to shoes could make such a difference! These arches are for a HIGH Arch! If you do not have high arches these will hurt your feet! For me they could be just a touch higher but they work as is! My back pain is greatly reduced, my feet don't ache just standing in place or walking to the coffee store a few blocks down from work when I'm exhausted! They've made a Great improvement in my life! If you've got high arches you will Love these! This is a little tip I learned. Since these stick best on your 1st use wipe your shoe and BEFORE you peel this off the plastic align them w/your arch to figure out where you'll need to place it in your shoe. Then try your shoe on and get an idea of where your arch is in your shoe. I use a pen to make a Very small mark on the side of my shoe where my arch is. Place your arches in and boom! You've got much more comfort in the shoes you've been wishing you could wear! Even with shoes that already have footbed support everyone's arches sit differently. Some even bug me if the support isn't in the right spot I get shooting nerve pain up my foot. It's not the best feeling! I use these arches in some of those kind of shoes as well! I hope all my rambling has helped. Thank You for making these arch supports! I'm a customer for life!

They are a nice fit for high arches and gives good support the reason for 2 stars is because only to would stay in the shoes. The insets will not stay put or stick.

TL;DR - They are a 5 star product for me. Perfect fit for my wide feet with high arches but may be too thick for smaller feet. Adhesive is good. Clear gel is not noticable in slingback heels. -- I am currently breaking in a pair of 4" high slingback wedges for an upcoming vacation and the first thing I noticed when I put the shoes on for the first time was that there was a pinching pain in my arch. I spend most of my time barefoot these days so the mild PF that I have doesn't really flare up anymore, but I could feel that these shoes would cause significant pain in the future. They are open on the sides and so provide no arch support on top of being high heels. But they are so cute, I bought them anyway and set out to find some arch supports. It's important to note that I also have size 9.5, true wide width feet with a very high arch and instep (deadly combo for any normal shoes), as in I can't wear most fashion sandals because my instep is too high, and sneakers don't provide enough arch support ever. These arch support gels are very thick and taper out pretty wide. They conform to my high arch and wide foot like a DREAM, but if you have dainty feet I can definitely see these not working for you. I slid them into my wedges without taking off the adhesive backing and played with the placement while walking around until I found the best place to relieve that pinching in my foot - which turns out to be pretty far forward in my arch, tucking in just behind the joint of my big toe. Even given how far forward I placed the gels, they are still large enough to provide adequate support to my arch. Once I found the correct placement, they absolutely melt into the shoe and I can't even feel that they're there. They are a little hard at first but your feet warm them up and they conform to your foot so nicely that you forget there's anything there and these high heels are your new favorite shoes. The transparent clear gel is not at all noticable in my open-sided slingback wedges, which I appreciate very much. The adhesive is more than adequate so far. I was able to peel them back off of the shoe and adjust once or twice without compromising the stickiness. Do make sure that you smooth them onto the sole of your shoe so that there aren't any air bubbles trapped under there and you'll get a good solid stick.

this product in is the answer, its the real deal. finally found something to help with pain at arc of foot. after the injuryto foot, just lived with this pain many years. have to live with this pain rest of my life. this arc support helps diffuse the pain and it works better than any insole inserts I have tried. and I have tried many. thank God for this doctor who created it. many many people have created such simple thing on their own (including myself) But this one is a fine creation and invention. sticks very well to shoes. so-called gel material is the solution, real deal. very happy with this product. 3 sets in package so it'll last at least 2 yrs for me. Im sure many will use insole product under this gel hump... do it as you see fit. arcilis issues and the like ... I meant to say this product suppresses pain, rather than diffuse pain. ----- UPDATE ---- its comfortable, really helps with permanent pain relating to arcilis. I wouldnt go jogging with this thing fitted into shoe. couple days of using this gel hump, like 5 hours a day. at work, walking, biking ... so glad I found it at amazon. product size not as big as I need it, but comes in 3 pair pack. there are gel products like this that are bigger and wider on market. those are good too. but this 3-pack seems best deal to me. I have a feeling I'll be buying this every year. make custom-fit to your shoe using other full insole insert. use glue if you have to. secret: I used 2 of these gels for my problem foot. ingenius. walking is more enjoyable for sure.

Can’t fix in my shoe

I attached these to a pair of flat very open sandals and I was very impressed with the following: 1. They glued and stayed on the whole time with nothing else around the sandals to support them, 2. Clear colour no one else even knew they were there, complete see through, 3. We’re the sandals all day long and my feet never hurt, please note before this I could not were flat shoes for very long. Would buy these again and again. I want them in all the shoes and sandals and flip flops that I can not use my orthotics.

Used it for my heel boots. Before using this, my feet hurt so much in it after spending an hour or two in it cuz my arch didn't have the necessary arch support Bought this and another brand with lower arch support than this and used both and this won as i had no pain even though I spend 4+ hours on my feet in those boots. It depends on how high your arch. For me that other brand was also ok, had a bit of discomfort whereas this one was perfect. There are adhesive sticker on both sides of it and getting it off might be a bit of challenge.
