If I wanted to prep the day before, can these be put in the freezer?

I think they refrigerate well. can't speak for freezing.

Is this plastic BPA free?

The package doesn’t specify that it’s BPA free.

Is this item eligible for return, refund, or replacement if any broken ect?

Hi there, thank you for your interest of our plastic dessert cups. If there is any quality issue with your order, please feel free to contact Amazon Customer Service or seller at once.

Are they recyclable? Maybe they are made from recycled materials but is this specific product recyclable?

I don’t believe that they are recyclable. At our party we just tossed them. (Also on a side note it’s possible that even though your state still asks you to recycle, it all just gets dumped together with the trash).
