The product is good. It cools immediately and helps relieve headache and tension effectively.

Does the job. It should be a bit longer does not cover from temple to temple which is very important. Very highly priced cannot afford to use it for each bout of high fever. It also helps with the pain but doesn't get really cold like an ice bag.
