Dexe Root Touch Up, Black, 6 g

First this product was introduced to me by a beautician from whom I purchased it at Rs 1000. After that i purchased it from Amazon at a much cheaper price. I have been using the 2nd piece since last February 2025 and I can delay coloring my hair. It's very good. Though only 6gram, it will still last for at least another 3 months. So 6gram will last at least 16 months. Worth the price.

Quality is very good. Does it's job very well.

It's nothing major. Just a big pan of black eyeshadow kind of product. Comes with a good mirror and a fancy brush and overall good packaging. I have a few greys here and there and used this yesterday. Granted I was at home itself but today morning I woke up and it's not budged from my scalp. Not too messy but what I'm saying is all just a first impression. The summer months and outdoors are when it's real efficacy will come to light. So three stars for now.

The Root touch up powder is not sticking properly and also lighter colour. Not dark colour.

Very good product! Extremely comfortable application - not greasy at all like others brands.. it stays as well but end of day its a temporary hair color so as long as one does expect it not to stay permanent, you are good. It does fade v slowly till hairwash though, but other brands that i have used does not stay even a day.. This one is much much better and i rarely need to use second day.. by third day i might touch up a lil if needed… but i might reorder a dark brown as i ordered black for my black hair but it gets a lil too dark which is good if you want jet black though. Will surely say this is my final find and very happy with it

I love this! I used many gray cover up before and none of them satisfied me. I have 80% gray hair and it will show in two weeks after I colored my hair. I have to re-touch up my roots in every three weeks because the gray hair is so visible. Going to salon in every three weeks is expensive for me. I did use coloring hair box from drug store but it didn't work on me. My gray hair would show in a week after I used it.When I saw this on Amazon I was skeptical. I thought it would work like other brands that I had tried before. But this stuff is different. It's completely covers my gray hair. Husband didn't notice I used it. He thought I just dyed my hair. My friends thought the same too. I bought the color in black. Though after applied this I had to be careful because the residue will stick in my fingers if I scratched my scalp. It doesn't bother me though because I just use a pen to do that. Also I have to reapply it after I washed my hair because the color is not permanent. Overall I'm so happy with this. I will definitely will purchase it again and will recommend this to my family and friends.

I have always had an internal battle of wanting to get my roots touched up more often but the price of having to go to a salon ever 6 weeks really adds up. I thought I would give this a try. At first I was very skeptical but it turned out to be amazing! It is so easy to apply and takes 2 minutes! It lasts for 2 days. If you are looking to save money on getting your roots touched up this is the perfect product! The only thing I would say is that it gets a tad messy when applying on your hands but just wash your hands when you are done and it should be all good!

If you hate dying your hair, and if you like to go as long as possible between dye jobs, this product might be for you.A friend recently told me about Dexe Root Touch Up, I ordered it immediately, and I've used it several times. There's still plenty more left in the box, too, so I plan to go a very long time (three to four months -- maybe longer) before I dye my hair again. (Then again, if I had an important function to attend, I would dye my hair and not depend on this!)Certain parts show more than an inch of gray -- where my hair is parted, of course and at the crown toward the back. It takes about a minute to cover those areas. Gray at the temples and in front of the ears is a little trickier because, even using the narrow part of the brush, the black waxy-talc substance gets on my skin. It looks like soot. Fortunately, it wipes right off my skin with a dry washcloth, while remaining on the hair. My hair is now very silvery, very white in some places and fairly coarse. This still covers it well and doesn't stand out too differently from the rest of my hair which is dyed with VS Sassoon Salonist Neutral Black #1/0.I do see a little residue on my pillow case. I have to reapply this after shampooing. It does lend a certain "matte" or dull feel to hair where it has been applied.Overall, I really like this product!

I got black. The color is dense and coverage is good. Although it brushes on easily, the substance is sticky and continues to feel sticky. So it never fully dries to the touch. When I touch the covered area of my hair with my fingers, the substance rubs off. The brush seems to be nicely made. It fits snugly in the slot provided, so it's not easy to pull it out. They should design the case so there is a notch by the brush from where you can lift it out. There's a nice mirror set in the lid. Overall a pretty good product.

Awesome stuff! I used to use WOW which is way more expensive and not any better than Dexe. This is really helping during quarantine! Some advice : if you push your sunglasses up on your head, be sure to wipe the rims before you put the glasses back on because it will get on your face. Small price to pay for covering those silvers!
