Nice spicy pepper - I've used this for making kimchi, and cucumber pickle! A little goes a long way and each little pack lasts for ages.

I really like the flavour and quality this item. The aroma is smoky aroma and not too overpowering, but enough to give dishes a genuine Korean-style kick. However, it was not as spicy as I expected and the quantity is so small when compared to the price.

I love the flavour . Smokiness and not so hot and it goes well with my homemade chilli garlic noodle . Bare in mind that it is not a big packet and expensive but worth buying if you wish to try.

Ive used the spice in salad and ain't marinade. Tastes super. Still going to make kimchi at home. Im sure its will taste super. love it 😀

It would also be great to know if it’s gluten-free, as that would be helpful for those with dietary restrictions. We can’t imagine being without it now!
