This is a reliable console cable from a brand that I've purchased from before. As a network engineer, I keep one of these in multiple places to ensure that I have it when I need it. Now I have multiple USB-C and USB-A cables from the same company and they've all worked great when I needed them.

Finding a USB to serial converter that work well for the provided console cables is always a little hit or miss. Sometimes just finding the driver is a headache. with these cables, just plug it into the USB port and windows recognizes it immediately. No drivers to download, just plug it in and Putty or SecureCRT sees it and I am able to go right to work.
