Can I have a bath in this?

Don't see why not...but you may end up smelling like handwash

Does this have moisturiser or dries the skin?

It is exactly the same as the stuff you buy in small bottles in the supermarket. So, antibacterial, but no moisturiser. So it can dry out your skin if you are prone to that and need to wash your hands a lot.

The desciption says 3x1l however photos show 500ml pouches. Which one is it?

I ordered the 1L (x 3 pack) and only received 1 pack. Not good value for money.
