KS1 Maths Year 2 Targeted Study & Question Book: Accounts of the Voluntary Aid Detachment During the First World War 1914-18-A Green Tent in Flanders ... Volunteers by Thekla Bowser (CGP KS1 Maths)

Description

This all-in-one Study & Question book is a brilliant way for Year Two pupils (ages 6-7) to get to grips with Key Stage One Maths. For every topic, there’s a page of clear, colourful notes that summarises all the important skills. This is followed by a page of practice questions to test children on what they’ve just learned. The book also contains two objective tests - one to assess children’s skills at the start of Year Two, and one to measure their progress at the end of the year. All the answers are included in a cut-out-and-keep section in the middle of the book, and there’s an explanation of all the key maths terms at the back. Review: Utile - Molto utile come tutti i loro libri, conciso e pratico Review: Perfect for Year 2 Maths — Clear, Engaging, and Effective - This CGP Year 2 Maths Study & Question Book is an excellent resource for helping children practise and consolidate what they learn at school. The layout is colourful, easy to follow, and packed with short, focused exercises that keep kids interested without overwhelming them. I really like how each topic is clearly explained with examples, followed by targeted practice questions that build confidence step by step. The tone is friendly and supportive, and my child actually enjoys working through the pages — which says a lot! It’s also great for identifying areas that need more practice, and the mix of study notes and questions makes it ideal for both revision and daily learning support. Verdict: 5/5 — A brilliant, well-designed book that makes Year 2 maths enjoyable and effective. Highly recommend for home learning or extra school support.
