I would say it is very easy to set up , fairly quick . looks interesting shape like a bottle top .. a bit bulky I would say , but as long as it works , its fine .

Very good product, good quality and easy to use. Only problem it was delivered with a USB-C to an old USB, so it’s not possible to plug it into a recent computer that only takes USB-C. It needs a lead with USB-C to USB-C to work !!! And SECUX do not sell them on their site, so I had to use a adapter to charge it, then connect it via Bluetooth…

At the start this product was fine and I transferred Crypto to it quite easily, but I went to use it the second time and error messages kept coming up on computer (component has lost driver) so couldn't connect with computer to do anything however I have recently found out "due to a computer change" that the fault was my computer which is now in a skip, and the secux works perfectly...

I thought so too, but it’s flimsy with a thin plastic front and soft back. Glitchy at best and all coins are stuck on it now as the screen won’t respond after an update. I never liked this device after the first 2 months glitches, now I can’t access anything. Not a Nano for sure. Very slow customer service who don’t read emails properly before sending copy and paste messages. Just avoid. You know which one you should buy

Many hard wallets are difficult to use. YouTube videos are aimed at Techies but this baby is by far better I cannot recommend this anymore than I am. The screen takes a while to sync but I believe it’s offline so you have to wake it up. But the app on the phone searched for the device as soon as you enable Bluetooth on the device a 6 digit otp pops up and then the device is ready to sync the software wallet on the phone with the hardware wallet on the device.

Not secure enough, within the app you can access your password phrases to access the devices currencies. This is a flaw for scammer to be able to access your crypto. What's the point in writing them down if your able to access them through the app anyway? With remote view or screen share this is still accessible for others to see.

I initially purchased this device to have a safer, alternative option for my crypto storage needs. With so many servers out there getting breached everyday, I wanted something physical I can keep my crypto currency in so I chose this product. Admittedly, I chose it based on its sleek look initially, but upon arrival, it’s more than meets the eye. The SecuX V20 is shipped in well cushioned material, and has very nicely packaging of its own. For the price paid, the look and feel of the product is on par as well. It has a bare metal casing and an all black face with a screen that doesn’t feel cheap. Once powered, it has a responsive touchscreen, with a single button to power it on and off with a multi color display. Security setup is lengthy, but necessary, Bluetooth pairing to your phone via iOS app was incredibly quick, and both the iOS app and onscreen user interface is easy to navigate. Glad to see that the device can be named, pin codes and extra security measures can be set directly via the SecuX device. My only feedback would be to hopefully see some improvements to the iOS app’s design.
