OXO Good Grips Egg Beater

I grew up with an ancient, metal, "from the old country" one. And I have not found one that can be a work horse like Nonnas. This is NOT an old school one, but DAMN if it doesn't put any new one I have tried to shame. It is very easy to clean, strong, and simple. 10/10

This egg beater is a world beater! Beats eggs like there is no tomorrow. Spins insanely fast to produce perfectly beaten eggs with no streaks. Just rinse under the faucet and cleanup is a cinch. You won't be disappointed. Just don't treat it like a hammer or hockey puck!

Excellent smooth operation. Well built and will last for years. Mixes well and great smooth batters and eggs. Very convenient to remove blades and head unit for easy cleaning.

This is the second beater like this one that I've had. The last one became unusable after it was washed several times in the dishwasher after which it wouldn't go back together because the top component became slightly misshapen. I love these beaters; they are so handy for beating eggs or other small amounts. They are less trouble than pulling out the electric mixer, for sure! Just be sure to hand wash this beater.

Over my long lifetime, I have always enjoyed using these crank-operated egg beaters. Each set had its foibles, and the only one I had a lot of respect for was the Kuhn Rikon. Mine has disappeared, and I have started doing things with eggs again, so I picked up this OXO egg beater. None of the ones I had before this came anywhere near being as good as this one. The way the beaters are designed made me nervous at first, but after a few sessions, I've gotten to realize they froth up those eggs much more than the others! The crank mechanism isn't quite as smooth as the Kuhn Rikon was, but it's very close Also, I can separate all 4 parts and only wash the beaters and the holder for them. I would reccomend this to anyone who likes to use something like this without relying on electricty or batteries.

This mixer is perfect for my use case.....scrambled eggs! It's well made, typical of OXO. I like that it is handheld not electric. Takes me right back to the 1960s in a good way. It mixes very well. Makes scrambled eggs taste like Mom's. Easy to pop off the beaters and put in the dishwasher.

Best egg beater ever. I had one just like it for many years and used it a lot, and it eventually cracked at a narrow spot in the plastic. I noticed that this new one has been re-designed so hopefully won't have the same problem. Very easy to use and clean. Highly recommended.

Best hand mixer ever made! I've had one for a long, long time. I just bought another for the RV as can't cook without one in my kitchen. Great for batters , puddings and whipping cream. Cleans easily, handle design gives good control over beating process and good beater power and speed for cranking ratio. Strong recommend!!!!!

Love it! Had for years. It's fast for eggs, whipped cream. Quite with a pleasant sound, like a cat purring. Clean - disassembles to go in the dishwasher. And no AI!

Handy and fast, easy to clean and no power needed. Have used it in a dozen recipes and very happy with it.
