I ordered a set of two motion sensor bulbs from Helonix as I wanted to reduce the electricity wastage around the house. Had plan to put one in the store room ( large room) and one on the porch. And if things worked fine.. Would have ordered few more. Once they were delivered. I put the first one in my store room. STORE ROOM functionality in the dark was exactly what I wanted. Even before the door is fully open.. The light turns on.. And stays on till there is movement ( when you are picking up or placing something in store). Problem faced - 1. I had two opposite side holders. When I had placed this one the one which faces the door. The bulb turns on even if there is slight movement outside the storeroom. Like even walking past the slight open door. Problem solved by placing it in opposite holder which doesn't face the door. 2. THE BULB DOES NOT REMAIN OFF EVEN IF THERE IS FULL BRIGHT LIGHT ALREADY ON IN THE ROOM. It will turn ON whenever there is motion. Even in full daylight. Porch - Because of the above mentioned flaw of remaining ON in full daylight / other bright lights. I had to remove it from the Porch. It remains on Whole day and Whole night even if there is small rustle of leaves of the trees around. It would have been somewhat acceptable in Night. But remaining ON in bright daylight means it's ON almost 24 hrs and hence power wastage instead of Power saving. HENCE NOT ADVISABLE FOR OUTDOORS. WASHROOM - Placed the bulb I removed from the Porch Into washroom. And immediately faced the problems others mentioned. For some reason the sensitivity of the bulb in washroom is very poor. It takes 5 seconds and a lot of movement for it to turn on. Secondly, It turns off while you are doing your job on the Throne.. Hence you are left in the dark.. Unless you opt to do dance moves while doing your job.

When I brought it initially it was goodand the light sensor was working perfectly. But when I brought this 4pack, none of the bulbs are working as expected, it will on by sense and stop within 30 sec even some times you need to jume infront of the light to make it work.

Nice product but detects movements even though the bathroom frost glass. Does not work if the opposite side wall is in close vicinity like 3-4 feet.

hi just ordered it yesterday, and was delivered today, within an hour I got to understand how it works. its sensor is extremely sensitive and goes on even if there's some activity outside the room. However, when you sit right below the light motionless working, it goes off after a minute, and need to wave your hand etc. reminded me of the lights in office that use to go off once everyone leaves home and you're all alone, one need to keep waving to keep the light on. The reason probably it does not work well in washrooms during night is because it is pitch dark and it may not detect in such conditions. Another thing I noticed is if a fan is left on in the room, it does not switch off as there's continuous motion. Overall, its good for places where you frequent less occasionally and for public places, especially useful in these times where you want to minimize contact with switches etc. I actually brought it for the chandelier with three hangings, which is yet to be delivered so will wait to see how it works there. I feel this is a good bet with my family always leaving lights on in all the room irrespective of the room they're using. I might recover the cost in a few months by saved electricity bills :-). I might go for more such bulbs in future, going towards home automation. Do not buy here where they offer two bulbs at 627, its clearly 129 rs more than single piece of same wattage and features offered at 249 apiece. Amazon needs to look into such listings to avoid cheating on customer. Please
