No way will it fit a size 12 anyone, unless you are only 80 pounds. It is so small that it wouldn't fit a normal adult.

It might fit but honestly I did not find it to do what I wanted it to do. I wear size 8 and it was not snug on me. It provides some stability but not a lot. If you are very petite, it may be loose.

What's the difference between the ace deluxe sport ankle stabilizer and the deluxe

not sure what you are asking because you don't have the other one pictured, but this one is what I bought because it has more support. It has two wraps under the foot and around your ankle with two plastic side stabilizers, I liked it so much I came back and bought another. I think the other one the deluxe you say is just an ankle support. If you need a lot of support verses not so much, get this one
