How do you remove the safety cover? *Found a video that shows someone pulling on the bottom plastic blade!

Yes, I had the same question. So, very carefully, I pulled the plastic blade (the flat plastic blade closest to the steel blades) downward and slowly worked it off using even pressure all around. Then I slipped off the safety cover. The plastic blade can then be reattached by re-aligning the ring. Thanks everyone for the advice.

can it chop meat? e.g. small steak to make a cheesesteak?

Hi, this manual food processor can chop, blend and puree ingredients i.e. hard vegetables like carrots. I recommend to add the steak meat into bit sized pieces and chop to the desired texture. Hope this helped ;)

Can I make dough with this chopper?

I don't think you can make dough with this. It's basically just for chopping, smaller than needed to make dough. and would get all gummed up.

Its very easy to use and clean and saves time.

It’s of good quality but very expensive as compared to similar functions kitchen appliances. It’s available for few hundred in the local shops and one on the Amazon is priced more than 6000 INR.
