I recently purchased the leg stretcher, and it's been a revelation! As someone that is active but spends long hours sitting at work, I find the need to stretch often to ensure I don’t feel with stiff or limited in my mobility. Retired ballerina here, this is a great leg stretcher. Good value for your money and it’s very easy to use. The handles are very comfy and honestly I find no fault with this leg stretcher.

I should have taken a before picture, but I've been doing this now for 5 days for 15 minutes a day and I've already seen a huge difference. I was nowhere near here when I started. I do have a few things to mention... The pads are not thick enough and my ankles are sore and probably bruised. If you get this I'd recommend ankle pads. Also the top that holds the three rods together slips so the bars look uneven. I'm not 100% sure it actually affects the stretch because my legs don't move when it happens (or at least I can't tell if they do) but it concerns me enough that I worry the stretch isn't even. All that said, I would buy again and have recommended it to friends/family.

Easy to assemble, doesn't matter about your weight class.It will keep your legs in place for the stretch, it's really sturdy for it to be lightweight it's definitely long but it's collapsible. The range of motion is to a split and beyond. The strap fits around me and i'm plus sized dress size over twenty so the strap is useful for most sizes

It does work, but a few things they could have done better. The foam ends prevent this from naturally sliding outward on the floor. You constantly have to pick up your feet while stretching to get them out wider. The ends are also not very comfortable. Overall quality is ok, but it's a bit flimsy. Almost couldn't put it together b/c the precision of the ends fitting the legs was off. Had to really work to get the ends in. Should not have been difficult at all.

Perfect for a beginner's purposes - and anyone who wants a simple stretch aid. I was able to put the unit together based on looking at the pictures - which was a relief. No difficult steps. This system is not particularly stable, so anyone who wants a more permanent stretcher, should order something else. I wasn't stretching the legs every morning, and this unit is so simple to use - i'm now taking a few moments to try each day. Folds away and takes up almost no space. G

This works exactly as designed. The handle and ankle pegs are adjustable and sturdy. The ankle pegs are well padded to minimize pressure on the ankles. I use this almost every night and am pleasantly surprised at the speed of the positive results.

I bought the amazefan leg stretcher in December 2020 to help me work on my flexibility. I can say that before my stretcher broke, it worked perfectly for what it was supposed to do. I used it everyday as instructed with the booklet that it came with. I was getting more flexible and having less pain in my lower back each day. I was ready to come here to give it a perfect 5 star review across the board.....until the middle (and most important) handlebar broke in the middle of use one morning. I had the strap around my low back and the middle bar, as shown in the picture I attached to this review. I was doing some deep breathing and slowly leaning back until all of a sudden "SNAP" the middle bar broke and my head slammed onto the ground behind me. Luckily I was stretching on a padded gym floor and not a harder wood/concrete surface, so I avoided any serious injury to my head. Still, I was pretty shocked and had a headache that lasted a couple of hours as a result.....and on top of that, I could no longer use my awesome Amazefan leg stretcher. I tried reaching out to the seller to inform them of my unfortunate experience and hopefully receive a new stretcher, but I never heard back from them. All I received was an automated response asking me to give the seller 1-2 days to respond (this was 3 weeks ago) but I have not received ANY responses in the weeks that have passed. I'm not sure if my product was defective or if they are all at risk of snapping from normal use, but I would just be VERY CAREFUL when using this product on a hard surface. And instead, buy a similar product from a different seller who actually responds to their customers when something like this occurs. Amazefan leg stretcher = GREAT. NbTech (the seller) = not great.

I have no issues with the product's quality, but it's not effective because if you try to stretch your legs beyond a certain angle, the "T-shaped" end of the device will lift up from the ground.

I'm a 42 yo dad who began kung fu with his 8yo son and I wasn't flexible enough for basic kicks and low stance positions. That being said, having a hockey background, flexibility never was a priority... I'm a 240 lbs, 5'9" guy, so I was worried it wouldn't fit compared to the small gymnasts we see in the pictures here. The thing is well built though, with square tubing, so it can take some stress and torsion. To hold the middle grip, I use a ratchet strap around my hips instead of the basic band included and click when I feel I can stretch a bit more. After 2 months, 2 times a week, 10 min. each, coupled with stretching during lessons, the thing really did it for me. Kicks are now a bit higher and I can now get low enough in my horse stance to really let my muscles work as they should. Just take time to recover (2 weeks stretch, 1 week pause for me), body needs time to repair muscular microtears, especially at my age :) . Definitely recommend it!
