Nice fragrant coffee with a tannic note
This organic coffee has a very nice fresh aroma, and I noticed that I don't get headaches from copious amount this coffee unlike my other non-organic coffee - very interesting... Using a small hand crank burr grinder along with a french press, I get a very nice cup of fragrant coffee without bitterness with this light/medium coffee beans. However, I do taste a bit more tannic acid that results in a slightly sour note from the beans being lightly roasted, which doesn't dissuade me since it adds a bit of snap, but others who are used to darker roast may not feel the same. I do hope the price of the coffee goes down from 14.97 for only 12 oz since I'm now noticing other organic coffees for better values that I'm going to try next.

Great tasting bean
These seem to have had a higher moisture content and resulted in a loud first crack. I like a light roast but went beyond to a city roast in my last batch and liked it about as well.

Good aroma, very bad acidic taste
I am a coffee drinker and I do like a good coffee. This one had quite nice aroma but that is all it had. Horrible acidic taste which barely evoke taste of coffee made me to send it back. I am using hand coffee grinder and Bialetti Brikka Stovetop Espresso Maker.

I love the flavor
I am not a coffee drinker. But started to drink one cup a day being on the ketosis diet. I love the flavor, not too bold tasting.

I've tried several of the organic coffee brands on Amazon and this one is BY FAR my favorite. Seriously, it is really, really good. Well-done Eco-Vibe...I'm a fan.
