I love food and I am definitely not someone who eats lightly, especially during the holidays. I started taking Eat Anything Rx before bigger meals and noticed I felt lighter and less uncomfortable afterward. It has been a great addition to my routine when I want to enjoy my food without that heavy, bloated feeling. Easy to take and works well for me.

Okay long review warning* I am fructose intolerant and have been diagnosed as such for almost 5 years now. I have a super restricted diet and was on anti nausea medication on and off for a while. I was put on antibiotics all the time because I was constantly irritating my gut with things that I apparently couldn't eat. My best friend's husband is a Microbiologist and works in a lab that specializes in malabsorption - I know lucky right? He suggested an enzyme that would help my gut turn fructose into glucose; something I am able to metabolize just fine. It just so happens the enzyme is found in this product. I take two of these about 20 minutes before I eat something I know would otherwise kill my stomach, and boom. Nothing bad happens. WHICH IS GREAT. I can eat literally anything (so far that I am willing to try) and have absolutely no negative effects other than a little tummy gurgling from the probiotics. Which is normal by the way. Anything from straight fruit, to tomato sauce, to wine. I have no problem eating the foods I have been missing out on. These are a life saver. For the price I will purchase again and again to know I can go out to eat and not have to be limited to a dry salad and water. This is super helpful and worth a shot if you have tummy troubles like me.

I developed a fructose malabsorption about 5 years ago. There are some foods I can tolerate more than others and different foods have different affects on me, but I have learned what I need to avoid. Eat Anything has been a game changer for me!! First off, it shouldn't necessarily be called Eat Anything...should be eat "most things". I still can't eat anything with "ol" sweeteners like xylitol, maltitol, sorbitol, eurithrotol, etc. Those sweeteners turn into fructose when eaten but not in a way apparently that these pills can help digest them. The cost of these is certainly not cheap, so I was hesitant to even try them since I've never heard of them. I only found one other comparable product which was almost double the cost so I decided to try these. I discovered I need to take 2 when I eat a meal with fructose, but that's fine for me for the results. I was able to order my absolute favorite thing for the first time in 5 years..Sonic onion rings!! Some things after I eat I can literally feel the fight between my body and the pills. It's not awful but I definitely feel my body wanting to bloat and be gassy and the pills fighting it. Hard to explain, but the pills win! Depending on how good I've been the rest of the day/week sometimes I can eat a whole meal with onions/garlic and I don't even feel the pills fighting to work. They just do. Some of the things I noticed...you can't take an Eat Anything and just graze on something with extra fructose. It works for the given meal, so it's not worth taking a pill for a small snack or a few bites. I save these for full meals. Despite the fact that they work, it's still not as perfectly digested as someone who doesn't have this problem, so I wouldn't want to use these for every meal of every day, but for a while I was using them 1-2 times/day enjoying things I couldn't eat without consequences for years! I still have digestive issues, but the Eat Anything pills are worth it for me to be able to order onion rings, grilled onions, garlic, etc!

While there aren't official established values for many of these supplements, the amounts included in this capsule are definitely too small to be of use, it's apparently just a bunch of filler, and leaves an unappetizing fermenting smell and taste from stomach. The capsules are needlessly large (unpleasant to swallow). Awful product overall, many better alternatives. Stuck with a bottle after forgetting it was on autoship. Would prefer to refuse package; even my trashcan deserves better.

I'm sure that this works for someone. When taking as directed, I still had problems drinking fruit juice. If it was more affordable, I would probably keep trying to use this product.

This has actually helped a lot with bloating and that uncomfortable feeling I used to get after eating certain foods. I take it before meals and can genuinely tell the difference. Really glad I tried it.

I have to say that I have been VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED with this! Like many others commenting, I have been suffering for YEARS with intestinal and digestive problems. I have used Lactaid pills for about 20 years (since they first came out with it). I have had colonoscopies, endoscopies. I have done complete 28 day cleanses. The gastro specialist recommended IB Gard which has given some, but not complete, relief - and a Fodmaps diet. I have recently been using Digest Gold and Digest Spectrum (both by Enzymedica) along with the Lactaid AND the IB Gard. Still had pain, discomfort, bloating. I had tried just about everything. And none of them are cheap. Then comes along THIS little gem. I had been hearing a lot about EPI lately which prompted me to get the Digest Gold and Spectrum. But those were still not completely doing the trick. I decided to do some further research just to see if there was anything I missed... Just see if there was literally ANYTHING else out there. That was when I discovered information about Xylose Isomerase - which breaks down these sugars that NOTHING ELSE can break down properly! The more I read, I wanted to be hopeful but just was not certain - at this point - whether there was really anything that could help me. I mean if this was out there - why have NONE of my doctors or specialist or literally ANY ONE ever mentioned that this could be my issue? But I figured, what the heck? What have I got to lose? I'm already spending hundreds of dollars a month on all these other pills. What's one more? I am SO VERY HAPPY I gave Eat Anything a try!!! It works!!! I can eat dairy! I can actually take my prescription meds that are coated with lactose! (Yes! I actually had to stop taking prescription meds because the lactose coating in them caused terrible pain in my stomach and really bad diarrhea.) I can eat other foods that have milk or lactose in them! IT. JUST. WORKS. While I am happy with this product, I do wonder if there is something with a higher amount of Xylose Isomerase, because I still have just a very slight bit of bloating. While I will take that ANY DAY over what I have experienced for the last 25-30 years, if there is something that can completely do away with all my symptoms, I want to give it a try. Nevertheless, I am VERY VERY happy with Eat Anything.

Initially I was on the fence about this stuff. I was suffering so badly that I was trying this and so many other things at the same time yielding mixed results. Then I decided to do a “washout” over a few days to clear myself of all the supplements & meds i was taking, then try this supplement alone. So far it seems to work pretty good. Decided to leave a review as I was in the process of ordering another bottle.

Extortionate rate. It appears that you get 3, which is why I paid that price, which is almost triple the other brands. However it is just one bottle of 30, not 3 as shown in the picture!
